I just completed episode 5 of spartan ops but the dedicated to crimson achievment didnt pop for some reason. I have completed every chapter in every episode up to now so I dont know whats up. Has enyone else had this problem

My Halo 4 Rank has Reset! Hello, I am here to share a very large concern of mine. My halo 4 rank appears to have been reset. I spent about 2 hours on Microsoft Games Customer support, trying to resolve the problem. After checking my systems, the only other explanation was either a Huge Glitch, or a Ban / Suspension. I have had no run-ins against Terms of conditions, i have always followed the rules, never boosted, never hacked, and have always been a respectful player, as i even provide hours work of forge maps to the community. I encountered the problem yesterday, i got on the Xbox, as normal. Played the new episode of spartan ops, did a little bit of infinity multilayer and then had a break while i let my little brother go on. After signing back in after a couple of hours i found the following: - In the lobbies my armour was black recruit armour, with the back dogtag emblem with the recruit visor and stance and SR1. - In the spartan Hub i have all of my loadouts and armour, as normal. - I cannot use my loadouts. - When i go into infinity there are only about 6 playlists, each one only containing about 5-10 or 200-400 players. - All the players, with an exception of few individuals, have the same armour defaults as me, with SR1, yet on their service records they have ranks up 60! - My Service tag is random in game. - I am unable to earn XP. - I am unable to play Spartan ops at all. - I can't view my challenges or Commendations. - When i turn of xbox live my stuff reverts back to normal, with the obvious exception that i cant do anything online. - All other live users on my console are fine and have no problems. The event has really upset me, due to the fact, i worked hard all year in two part time jobs so that i could buy A new Xbox (The halo exclusive one) and preorder from mighty ape for my favorite content (Which cost me a fortune). And now i cannot use the content or even play online which is massively upsetting after working even harder and maintaining a respectable rule guided player online. If anyone knows what my problem is that please post below. and if Any 343i Forum moderators spots this post please have a word with me about this issue. So me and a couple of friends were playing Spartan Ops a week or so ago and when we tried to play Episode 1 Chapter 1 we were put on Episode 5 Chapter 4. Before you ask, we have no idea how. So far so good, right? The problem comes when we complete the mission without a generator being destroyed - you might notice there's an Achievement for that on Heroic, so we were pretty confused when we earned it, but figured "Lag happens", you know? So anyway, now we've all been banned until December 6th and the suspension forums refuse to talk to us because we've got the achievement so we must have cheated to get it. Apparently they have "proof" that we tampered with the system. Any chance someone can give us some kind of contact details for 343, because the official Microsoft support just stonewall us completely.

I just hit lvl 90 and for some reason my LE specializations were gone. I only had the option to choose from Wetwork and Operator. Is this a glitch or did you guys put a limit to the number of specializations that can be acquired. Also if this doesn't get fixed, how will I get the other specializations since I did not play Halo 4 before the 20th with a SE. Help please. Any commentary is much appreciated.

I'm having an issue with the 343i.org website. At any random time, a black screen will pop up and block about 80% of the page I'm viewing (not including the tile bar at the top). All I have to do is hit refresh and it will bring up the page without the black screen, but it is really annoying that it happens even while I'm typing up a post. Has anyone else had this happen?

Ok something happened to one of my forge maps that i made and if anyone knows how to fix it please tell me. So I made two forge maps, both really great maps that i but a lot of time and effort into, one is called New Mombasa and the other Shut Down (just so I can explain this better). Somehow the map Shut Down replaced itself with the map New Mombasa, even when New Mombasa is on ravine and Shut Down is on impact. Even when i go to the map selection menu and click on impact, the name Shut Down is still there but when i scroll to it the picture on the right is of ravine instead of impact, and when i select it it shows up as New Mombasa. If this ever happened to anybody and they know how to fix it, please let me know, that map is probably the best one ive ever made and I would mail you some cookies if you can save it for me.

Episode 3 has came out this week and i was fine playing the first 2 chapters, however i am unable to load or play chapters 3,4 and 5. Each time it starts, it brings me back to the title screen. Furthermore when i looked closely, it says that "Players failed to load content. A player may be missing downloadable content.". I have also notice some people experiencing the same problems as me but with different episodes or chapters in previous posts. I humbly ask anyone out there who can help us solve this problem, thanks.

When I beat the Campaign on Legendary, I noticed that the Commendation 'Requiem' in the Campaign commendations, wasn't complete for some odd reason, even though it said I beat the mission and that I had completed the Campaign on Legendary. Just now I got around to doing the mission again on Legendary (Starting from point Alpha, AKA the beginning of the mission, the whole 9 yards) and yet again, no commendation completed. Has anyone else experience this and/or came up with a workaround? Thanks ahead of time!

Hi, I am in the middle of going through Halo 4 solo on legendary. Made it as far as Shutdown so far, doing a mission a day to save my sanity. Anyway I wanted to play some more today when, upon logging in, it appeared my Halo 4 had done a hard reset. All my mp stuff was gone and I got all the intro messages as if I just bought the game. My rank was still there though and as soon as I leveled up somehow I unlocked everything again. However I did not have the same luck with the campaign. For some reason in the mission selection everything was gone, but my current mission (Midnight on easy) still had a saved checkpoint. I therefore decided to load it up and do a speedrun in the hope that completing the final mission would unlock everything again. That's when I found this: I have already considered a corrupted save, but nope everything's fine. I tried moving the save files between storage devices but no change. So I wanted to ask, has anyone else experience this? Is there anyway to fix it? Does this mean I have to replay the entire campaign on legendary again? Hoping someone on here can help.

So, right now, my friend and I are ALMOST to the far our islands of Ravine in Forge. We can see them VERY clearly using zoom, I CANNOT show any pictures due to a lack of recording equipment. I want to know if ANYBODY else has bypassed the kill barrier yet, that's our LAST obstacle. Here's where we stand right now.

It took me my entire weekend to complete the campaign on legendary solo, and I was extremely disappointed to see that I never got the Mark VI armor for my character. I have all the achievements related to completing the campaign legendary solo, yet it shows nothing on my xbox live's customizable spartan for halo 4. Does anyone else have this problem? I pre-ordered and did everything to prepare for this game because I love the halo franchise, but this actually makes me anger in a way, like my hard work meant nothing..

A friend and i were messing around in forge world on the map that has the grifball court. We placed a teleporter into one of the rooms and realized that we became tiny spartans

There is a game breaking glitch/bug on complex that makes it near impossible to kill anybody that is in it. I have a clip of somebody using it during a game on my file share, but I have no idea how to upload it.

I JUST completed the campaign on Legendary (it was amazing!) however there is a major problem. I was awarded the commendation and armor for completing it on Legendary but I was not given the achievements for completing the campaign at all and it locked all of the mission from 6 on down and said I never finished them. Does anyone know how I can fix this without replaying the entire campaign? The game will also reset my curret armor, emblem, loadouts, and sometimes lock them again when I sign in. What the hell is going on???!!! bump

Hello everyone, I recently beat the campaign solo on legendary, which was a HUGE pain in the ass, but I did not unlock the Masterchief's armor on multiplayer! I looked it up and it turns out that you needed to beat it while online which is like a huge kick in the face since my internet disconnects a lot and is very problematic! So, I pretty much went to all that trouble for almost nothing! What I want to know please, is there any way to still unlock the armor and not go back and beat it all over again on legendary? Because, the armor is really cool and all but its seriously not worth all that trouble! Does anyone know a moderator or something who can unlock it for me? I would really, REALLY appreciate any and all help!

Well my friends and I were going. To have free for all and then when we went to start it changed to Spartan ops and it is a new Spartan ops mission I never played and when we finished it it said it was episode 4 mission 4 on i think. The name sarce or something like that it involved jul madam and a gift from the didact it was the core mission in reverse. I wanted to report this glitch because it seemed so random and I wanted to know if anyone else had the same problem.

While playing through on legendary, there is a point in the mission "Reclaimer" where you are on the mammoth and an unidentified ship arrives and shoots a green beam towards the ground. In my game, and I know that I am not alone, the ship never comes even after destroying a very large number of wraiths and ghosts. This process took me at least an hour only for me to find out afterwards that the ship that was supposed to come never came and that the game simply quits progressing at that point. The very last event that ever occurred in the game was a new warthog showing up with two spartans in it. They hopped out and proceeded to aimlessly look and jetpack around the area. After that, nothing, just silence and waiting and the obscure checkpoint trigger here and there. I haven't yet tried restarting the mission just because of how long it took me to reach that point. If anyone knows a fix for this please let me know; I can't find one anywhere.

The method in which you use to get inside is applicable to the other ones on Shutdown. This is a minor bug/glitch and was posted for the sake of recording it as such. "Flood was here" LOL got to love the Bungie.net community

Is it just me or does the warthog sometimes bounce around or flip over on flat surfaces? I was driving around on some maps today where at random i would just flip over. Theres also some small tiny bushes on maps that makes it spin out of control... feels wierd considering this is a 4WD Military vehicle and it should be heavier.

I just beat Halo 4 on legendary solo while offline since my internet was down for a bit and it shows i have the achievements, i invested a solid 15 hours into it, beating it solo and my stupid game says iv'e only beaten three missions on legendary after logging back onto Xbox Live, and it wont give me my Mark IV armour! Such a bummer, and like thats why I did it all in the first place, anyone know how to fix this? let me know! Much appreciation, Anemic Avenger -

I'd like to say THANK YOU 343 GREAT FRIGGEN JOB!!! Ive read all the books played all the games more than 10-15 times each with that being said its safe to say I know the history of Halo like a movie you've watched way to many times. I crave the story line of Halo. Yes the multiplayer is great too but its always been the story that kept me around since day one. So ill admit I was really nervous when I herd Bungie was out the door and 343 was moving in (Franky gave me hope <3)... Almost scared. Now Im glad to say with allot of confidence that I am so happy to see that the Halo universe is in GREAT hands when it comes to the story and how its played out in Halo 4. At the start I was annoyed with what looked like a live action cinematic. It honestly took me around a minute to figure out that this was a beautifully created masterpiece. The amount of emotion in the faces of the characters and even in the master chief him self was mind blowing and inspiring. As the game continued on I was constantly surprised and just as I thought it would go one way it went the completely other direction leaving me guessing all through out the game. PERFECT! Around mid way through the story line I was so drawn in by the way things played out that I couldn't wait to see what was going to happen next. The last few missions seemed to drag on at times (the tower battles and gondola) but i'd say that would have to be dew to my tendency to not like repetition and also the fact I couldn't wait to see where I was going next. The ending was AMAZING!! Ive seen allot of people unhappy with the ending, shooting it down as "Horrible" I'd have to disagree! The way things went and the journey you took to arrive at the last battle and the last cut scene its self, all lined up and drew the player into the story and did a amazing job at portraying the emotions of the characters and the events. It's hard to believe Cortanas gone... It makes me wonder if in Halo 5 we will be thrown a curve ball by her returning or if we will be introduced to a new AI for the rest of the games. Once again I'm left GUESSING . Ether way I'm confident the ending was planned this way with the Future of Halo in mind and that the way it will play out will surprise us all. Fighting my way through on Heroic as Ive done for the first play through of each game I found little to no bugs with the games mechanics. IMPRESSIVE!I With the size of this game and detail I was expecting to see bug after bug. I maybe noticed 10-15 bugs through out the entire game. The most noticeable was on the level "Composer" when the Composer is taken the ship slowly pans to the left and disappears before its actually out of sight. Seeing as the ship its self seemed to be a low detail object almost 2D its honestly a very tiny but very noticeable technical error. There was a few small "blips" or "pops" I noticed at times in the objects and terrain, which is to be expected with a game this size. I have to say these "blips" and "pops" were very tiny, almost rare and at times I only noticed them because I'm retarded and look for that **** when I play games. There was one very noticeable audio bug on what I think is the level "Forerunner" but I could be wrong. The bug is at the point where you need to activate the Cartographer to find Infinity. After the first power source is disabled, in the main room some Covenant spawn that you need to fight through. After killing these Covenant Cortana says something like " Careful the covenant are here". She says this in my opinion waaaaayy to late, it almost humerus. I found my self talking to my Tv screen saying " No shiz really?? I didn't friggen notice!!" Honestly I'm kinda surprised this got missed by testing as the bug was easily repeatable and noticeable. Other than what Ive described above as of yet after my first play through Ive yet to have any other complaints. Once again GREAT JOB! Now the AI surprised and also at times disappointed me as well. They're ability to flank and surround a player is very challenging and really fun! They take cover and move between cover in strategic ways. But the second the AI jumps into a vehicle they become almost retarded.... Banshee's getting stuck in dumb places and ghosts standing still in the middle of a wide open area, asking to shot is really a disappointment. The Marines and ODSTs do the same thing as well. This impacts the story in a huge way in my opinion making things feel less structured. Other than the driving aspects of the AI once again Bungie.... Oops 343* (Sorry still getting used to this) GREAT JOB!!! So my final verdict of Halo 4 is: IT'S A FRICKEN AMAZING GAME!! Detail and graphics including Cut scenes and in game rendering: 9.8/10 - ( Would have gave it a 9.9 but the pops and the bugs I listed above lost you the 0.1 of a mark) Game mechanics and playability: 9.98/10 - ( I never hand out a 10/10 there is always room for improvement no matter how perfect something is.) AI including On foot, In vehicles, strategic ability, and the "fun" factor: 9.5/10 - ( The Vehicular ability of the AI is disappointing) Thanks for the great game 343 You have my trust now don't give me a reason to take that trust away! Keep up the great work and get Halo 5 moving!!! <3 you guys. ~XvX~ -

I cannot connect to any of my friends games or play online. It keeps saying the servers are offline and my spartan is put back down to level 1 and default armor. This is similar to the bug in Halo: Reach, but It's non-tolerable because I can't freakin' play online or with my friends in any mode whatsoever please help me! ( By the way, I have tried dash-boarding and restarting my xbox!)
