We never lost a clan battle and we always won Slayer Matches in Matchmaking.. We were always a closed clan, but now that Halo 4 is out, we decided to try something new.. JOINING: If you want to join NOVA you must be tested by me or one of my fellow clan owners. You must be on XBOX LIVE almost daily and you must be ready to be called in if we need you in a clan battle.. (Dont worry, the test is really Easy!!).. The chance of you getting in the clan is about 85-90%. But still that doesnt mean you will be guaranteed a spot.. Thermal Team: About Us Thermal Team is a small Halo 4 team. We are very exclusive of our members and will likely only maintain 8-16 players. Our style of play is recreational. We play online together for fun, yet we practice once a week and once in awhile compete. We also are planning to create a series of Machinima soon for multiple genres. Requirements to Join The requirements to join Thermal Team are small. You will need a Headset to communicate with, Xbox Live Gold, and experience with playing Halo. We do not care about your rank, only your performance. Also, you will need to be available every Saturday night at 8:00pm (EST) How to Join If by now you are interested, then here is how you join. First, add xshadowpaladinx on Xbox Live. After he accepts your friend request, you will be given a test to see how your experience with Halo is. After this, the team as a whole will decide if you are good enough or not. Meetings are every Saturday at 8:00pm, Team matchmaking is every Sunday at 5:00pm. The team matchmaking is not required, but the meetings are.

Hello everyone, I didn't see a spot that was seperate from this to post a "looking" ad, I hope that putting one here is okay. I was a rifleman in a previous group some years ago during Halo 3. I took a break from the genre after Halo 3 and have come back with Halo 4. That said my skills are not as honed as they once were. I am looking for a group of people who enjoy playing Halo. I kept a positive K/D ratio for most of my career, went mostly undefeated in Halo 2 1v1. I tend to favor, as one might expect, mid-range weapons. I enjoy objective and slayer games. But doesnt mean you have to babysit your team mates. - Be at least active a few times a week, unless you got something that comes up Ofc. - We will have squads, and yes you might be able to lead your own squad (but I'll explain the responsibility of being a leader) - Name change is required but Im a nice guy if you cant really afford one. As an "average gamer", and an "Ordinary Halo Player", I want to discuss an excellent trait that introduces people together, and tournaments, and games together. Clans. In Halo 4, will we be able to see a clan set up? Or will that be in a future halo performed by "343 industries" actions? Thanks for checking this thread out, and feel free to comment your personal belief about a halo clan operation / opinion. 1) Will Halo 4 introduce a clan "setup" or "operation" to successfully create clan games and clan operations with an organized board on current clans (best clans, ranked clans, Etc.? Will 343 industries introduce the first ever clan set up to create clan and ranked games? Will clans be able to organize a community of strategics and planning to be able to reach the top of the ladder and strive to reach a higher rank?
