One thing is for sure, they need to add some kind of more reralistic and logical Invasion game type utilizing the various drop pods, and heavy machines. Imagine a 16 on 16 or 32 vs 32 onslaught Invasion. One team builds it's default defensive vehicles and loadouts, while the other utilizes an offensive one, maybe like 2 scarabs carrying 4 troops each plus a driver, waves of warthogs, or ghosts or what not., etc...

Once the map and teams are ready, you spawn far from the invasion point and rally your team to overtake their base or area. Epic win all around! It would be like 300 meets Halo!

I think that is a great idea. It would be pretty awesome getting shot out of a ship in a drop pod, then landing in front of a huge enemy base. But for this to work the UNSC would need a huge vehicle, maybe the UNSC Buffalo?

i agree completely with all your ideas..

Go Phantoms. And yeah they should let you forge enemies that will spawn in custom games. And also, since the covies won't exist, make the covenant vehicles useable only in forge. That be cool

Are they not gonna exist at all? And does that mean the flood no longer exists either?

Yes Halo really needs something like a pelican that can carry like 6 passengers including the pilot. I would be so much faster to get from one side of the map to the other. Just imagine shooting that thing down. Killtrocity baby. Scarabs=Awesome, and locust should be there to vehicles in my mind almost make up halos multilayer. Other games don't have this element.

well we cant use phantoms, spirits, and scarabs because the covenant dont exist anymore

You should check out the last terminal in halo anniversary if you think there are no covenant in halo 4. Just saying, they are still with us and maybe even our allies.

I loved the Elephants that were on that sand map on Halo 3. I'd love to be able to have those in multiplayer. They could be a bit faster, but still. Plus if you tried to kill the driver you had to either shoot them, beat them down, or actually land a sticky on them. You'd live if it landed on the controls and such.

They need to put a bigger emphasis on Big team battle. Halo Reach is the only game that I have seen that a decent percentage of players plays big team. They got rid of it as a ranked playlist in halo 2 and in halo 3 due to lack of players. If they make it like you have just described, or as I described here http://www.343industries.org/forum/topic/6272-12-on-12-16-on-16/, it would make for a great game.
