And Spartan was the most shocking leave of them all. I don't care if we're enemies with the "Shadow Team" or not, I'm getting tired of seeing them on this thread. Not only have they been taking away our members, but they post things to provoke us even though they claim not to. They're trying to start something they can't handle. I am the ShadowFiend, and I will never stop fighting for this team. I apologize. Shadow Team was my idea... I'll take care of this. I'll finish what I started if you really want me to. I restricted Shadow Team from allowing any Blue Team members in, due to the fact that they are yours truly. Not because... I hated them. I've never hated Blue Team. I don't hate anyone. The account Ranger447 on his profile is non-existent. If anything, The second in command, Or someone with high military training and leadership skills should be the one to take the team up on its shoulders while Spartans departure is close by dawn. I am not part of Blue team, No. But being part of a group of Spartans, I do know how it takes lots of team work, And co-operation. I'm sorry to say, If Blue team ever cried for help from being overwhelmed in a raid or so on, Ranger as a leader wouldn't be able to take on the responsibility of being there to help. That is all I need to say. I don't want to harm anyone emotionally, Of course. It isn't my intention. The fails of Spartans Blue Team was this : It felt like we was just letting anyone in without discussion and the ranking up system was a bit broke because we dont know why they got promoted and Spartan let in a few people who were a bit debatable also Bleu Team barely did anything as a team like no team playdates or anything. Now we rebuild from here ! EDIT good job leading us Spartan BTW Here is what I suggest 1 Make regular playdates and if so make a playdate manager 2 Don't let just anyone join really 3 Make it fun for members to join so Blue Team has active members 4 Tell us why that person got promoted here's what I suggest "Ranger" you disappear to your Sony forums since you don't even own an Xbox because you didn't like Halo 4 so I do not see how you are in the position to lead Blue Team. I highly doubt you have ever been in a Halo military based clan I have and I know what its like to lead and once again you don't own an Xbox and you will try to start a war between Shadow and Blue so I suggest you leave these forums for a while and make new friends on some Killzone fan boy forums so we don't have to put up with you anymore. I do the promotion stuff on the thread and make all the final decisions I will. Pbrabbit will do regular playdates and report to me who went there. There will be 1 to 50 ranks 1 to lowest 50 the highest. once you reach 30 you join the circle I advises me on what I should do so the Team can make a more Team based choices. If you don't like something you can just say it out and I will think nothing less of you. I own a Xbox and my GT is Caboose the Ace. I just want things to go back to normal.... Also, I don't think I agree with some of the things you want to change Ranger.. I prefer the Halo 3 ranking system that Spartan used, and if you son't change that, will members of higher rank as of now start out at level 1, or a higher rank? I'm fine with the playdates. He has been promoted for dedications and skill in training. Pbrabbit has been promoted to Private Grade 2 for showing skill in training and attempting to keep things positive. Congratulations to all. By Blue Team As many of you know. I will no longer be leading Blue Team. I can, but I won't. I have planned for many things in the near future such as Community Events and a successful Youtube channel that will help promoted the Forums. Unfortunately the videos may no longer happen. Hopefully there can still be community events hosted by your new leader. You are all great Members, even the ones that have left or never joined the Team. I will no longer be in the Team due to stress and pressure. I will never give up or fall but I do not want any harm to come to the forums or it's Members. Me leaving may make things better. I always tell members to tell me what they would like to have changed in the Team and I don't have many requests. You all have your freedom, we are all equal. No one is better than the other. BTW 2 other things 1 yes I am online lots of time take today I went on my Xbox from 4 till 8 so BAM 2 The reason for 1 to 50 was to clear it up so you knew where exactly you stood. I am glad I can serve the team well, and I hope to make it as enjoyable as it was before this incident happened, though I doubt I can be as great of a leader as Spartan, I hope that I can do well enough. Its truly sad to see you go Spartan, you will be missed. As well I have a point to throw out, would anyone be interested in allowing Blue Team to host competitive play dates, where we can play friendly games against other teams? I have to get on more... Ok everyone. I have just posted on Shadow Teams thread...what I posted : I do not like what is going on here. I wasn't on the forums for like maybe a day or two, and all of a sudden there is this GIANT argument going on between Blue-Team, and...whatever this is. All I want is to ask EVERYONE that is apart of this...thing...to stop. And that go's for EVERYONE at Blue-Team too. I just do not want anymore arguing between the two of Blue-Team, and this "Shadow Team". This is the first and LAST time I am ever going to post on this thread, so I hope I am making myself clear. I am going to say the same thing to Blue-Team, since I am apart of it, and want this Feud to STOP once and for all! So NO more communicating between the 2 of us (I mean Blue-Team and Shadow Team). Like I said before this is the FIRST AND LAST time I will ever post on this thread. Thank You everyone who took your time to read this. I am requesting a permanent cease fire of all communication between Blue-Team and Shadow Team. Communication is all that is making things worse as far as I can tell.
