  3. Map Title: New Coopiedelphia (Coo-pee-delphia) Gametype Title: Slayer, Assault, Strongholds, CTF Map Type: Competitive Slayer, Assault, Strongholds, CTF ***Recommend Assault/Pistol Setup*** Recommended Players Count: 12-16 Background of Map: This is one of many sights where some of the new Hannibal Weapon Systems were tested. Hannibal Pelicans, Drop Pods, and Crates have crash landed here in New Coopiedelphia, which is not too far away from Sedra City (From Halo: Nightfall). Sedra City was a city in the Orrichon System in where a recent bio-terror attack had occurred. Those same terrorist planned to attack the near by city New Coopiedelphia. In result, ONI planned to test out the new Hannibal Weapons to access this treat. ***Words in Blue are links to Halopedia for more info.*** This Map is a competitive city-theme map. This map is playable with team-based(Red v. Blue only as of now) gametypes. The map focuses in the middle for close combat and intense fights in the yards of Red and Blue base. Outside the yards is a road that circles the map that allows for vehicle & tank movement and long distance fire to occur. And finally, in the wall of the buildings that block the edge of the map, there are two hotels (Red and Blue) that act like secondary bases that implements close combat fighting. A lot of objects are movable which makes the city seem like it getting destroyed over time. Some movable objects are light poles, cars, barriers and Hannibal crates. ***Main Bases: The main bases are very open allowing many entrances inside. Many basic weapons spawn in the base. Two Grav Lifts are located on top to give quick movement around the map. *** Outside Road: Having a tank taking control on the outside road can help with pushes to other teams bases. To compensate for the tank, there are plasma pistols in the front yard and a SPNKr Rocket Launcher (weapon pad) that is in the middle between both yards. ***Crossroads: The middle road contains many crates and a crashed Pelican. Inside the crashed Hannibal Pelican is a Hydra Launcher and in one one of the Hannibal Drop Pods, contains a SPNKr Rocker Launcher on weapon pad status inside. ***Hotels: Both hotels spawn binary rifles (weapon pad x2), shotgun, and smg. Teams could possibly respawn in their respective hotel if their bases are overrun. Each hotel has to ways to enter (From inside and on the front face of the building) Description Of Name: Since I've started forging in Halo 3, I've created a competitive city map in every installment. I've kept the name New Coopiedelphia in every version, so I present to you my Halo 5 version of my infamous New Coopiedelpha. The name is based on my nickname my dad gave me when I was younger which is"Bandera Coup (Band*dera*coupe)" (Also My YouTube Channel Name) and an even shorter version of it "Coopie". I put Coopie, New York, and Philadelphia together in one name and New Coopiedelphia was born.
  4. I'm not even sure if Forge is going to be in Halo 5, but if it is, wouldn't it be cool if there was a city map for Forge? It could have buildings that you could go inside and climb up, and the buildings could be a bit destroyed like if there was a battle there and you can shoot from a broken wall. You could also add stuff to alter gameplay and other stuff. I don't know if something like this has already been done, but it would seem cool to do it.
  5. Most experts struggle to explain how this town became vacant. 6-12 players. Check out this competitive forge map that takes a theme of a harbor/island complex. This map is made for Koth and Team Slayer, respectively. Video Walk through Link : https://youtu.be/CEC_1YiKSKM
  6. The dynamic last generation duo Batman: Arkham City and Batman: Arkham Asylum will be coming to next gen in a remastering. If you haven't been keeping up with all of your batman news, from the next delay for Arkham Knight to the Batgirl cover controversy, this may have slipped you by. GameSpot.com reports that inside sources confirm a remaster for the original award winning games Batman: Arkham Asylum and City. They are due a few months after Knight's release in Christmas, and will come to PS4 and Xbox One. It is unknown if the games will be getting a simple HD makeover or if assets will be updated, which may be possible for Asylum but unlikely for City. Strangely, Origins isn't being ported, despite a positive-mixed set of reviews. Warner Bros. has since refused to speak on the matter further besides the details we were given. This includes the total price of both games and whether they will be in a dual-package like Borderlands: The Handsome Collection. Arkham Knight is set to release this June 23rd, and will be available on all current gen consoles and PC only. View attachment: riddler.png While I'm getting kind of tired of all these remastered games on current gen consoles filling up our game libraries again, I'm still very excited for this because I never played Asylum and City, I was waiting for something like this to come around. What's your opinion on the remaster, will you buy the games again? Let me know down below! Thanks a ton for reading.

  8. Before I went to bed last night, I saw some talk in the shoutbox about 343 City. And being the lurker that I tend to be every now and then, I didn't talk at all and let the shouts fly briefly until I decided to go to bed. I pondered how such a city would be laid out... ...then, an idea popped into my head. Why not make it in Simcity 4? So sure enough, I'm going to! But I don't want to run the show by myself. That's why I want YOU to choose your favourite out of these three locations I found in the region I've chosen: Location 1: Location 2: Location 3: So yeah, pick your favourite spot! Voting ends in ONE WEEK. EDIT: As for the lack of trees in each location, it's tough to see what the land entails with them there. So once a spot is chosen, I will do some gardening and then construction will begin. Also, regardless of location, 343 City will have at least one neighbouring city, as cities do not function alone very well in Simcity 4. I'll be updating how construction is going whenever I can. But between work and looking at post-secondary, I'll make sure to update at least once a week.

  10. Map Title: Ironclad Download Recommended party size: 8 - 14 Gametypes: Infinity Slayer, CTF, Regicide, King of the Hill, SWAT. Storyline: After the glassing of Reach, this remnant is all that survived from the city of New Alexandria and has been drifting in amongst the asteroids that once made up the planet Reach, ever since. Hi Guys, A R C A S I U S here Ironclad is a medium sized, symmetrical competitive map created on the impact pallet. I have been working on this map for a few weeks and it has undergone countless design changes to finally be what it is. I took inspiration for this map from about 7 different maps spanning the length of the Halo series not to mention countless hours researching futuristic city designs and layouts. I believe this map stands alone in regards to originality, aesthetics and overall game play flow. My main focus for this map was to avoid creating a "box map" that seems to be the norm for a lot of forgers these days. Don't get me wrong most of these have terrific gameplay however I simply wanted to create something a bit more original and less repetitive. Note: There is a small frame rate drop in one spot IN FORGE but not in any custom games. The reason for this being that the spawns, kill zones, and capture plates are not visible in custom games. I have tested this extensively so please check the map out in a custom game. Also, the kill barriers are rather unforgiving. This is due to the fact that I have played many forged community maps that are able to be exploited due to poor kill barrier placements and combinations. As you maneuver around the map just be mindful of what logic would be considered "outside the map" and as long as you don't go there, you will not die. Also, I am the map creator although it says Q U A R l S M A. Q U A R l S M A is my old acc and I created A R C A S I U S halfway through the creation of this map. As proof, the xbox profile of Q U A R l S M A is boasting A R C A S I U S's tag. Enjoy! A R C A S I U S

If you don't recall, I am the creator of NZ_Insanity, which you guys already featured, and so I figured I'd submit the second map. This map was a labor of love, and I put a huge amount of effort into both gameplay and aesthetics, going as far as to choose a location in which I'd be forced to forge on a 15 degree angle, but it was worth it. Survivors, chased by zombies, escape momentarily, only to realize they've awoken a sleeping city of zombies. They can't go back, so they must go forward. 10-16 Players I had a little help from Pol Wah and IMAROLLINGSTONE, but this was primarily my project. (I took advantage of the ability to choose routes with this one, rather than Insanity's progression style.)
  13. Gamertag: NOBLE E 2552 Map: Urban Scenery Description: This map demonstrates a number of urban-themed aesthetic pieces and techniques, such as a food stand, movie theatre entrance, car, parking meter, stop light, skyscraper, and an incredibly detailed school bus with an explosive underside. (Currently I have no photo available nor a link as my browser is too old to use Waypoint, but I assure you, you will not be disappointed.)

This is SweepsP2K, here with my newest linear infection map, Countdown to Destruction. It is my entry into ForgeHub's Hub of the Dead III contest, and may be one of the best maps I have made on Reach. It goes along with the gametype C2D. Story: Countdown to Destruction is set in a ruined city ravaged by natural disasters. High magnitude earthquakes have led to the release of an undead horde sealed away underground long ago. A group of soldiers, the last remaining survivors in the city, must hold off the horde for as long as they can. There is nowhere left to hide. Time is running out... 16. Name of Map: Urban Tutorial Canvas Map: Forge World Link to MAP: http://www.halo.xbox.com/en-us/haloreach/SweepsP2K/fileshare#!/?section=MapVariants&MapId=&GameMode=0&SearchDate=7&SortBy=2&view-select=Tile&tags=&startIndex=0&details=30833710 This is a collection of original urban aesthetics I have created throughout my forging days. I should note the backdrop for this is an old city map I made called Emergency. I left some items from that I felt still applied to the tutorial. Let's start with a partial overview Street barricades. A bit pricey, but they look great with the orange coloring and the lights work well. My take on the ever-popular dumpster. The left one is for garbage, and the far for recycling. Fire Truck leading into a burning building. WIth it's usable ladder, it's my favorite in the showcase. Staircase Skyscraper (with optional windows) A fully accessible ambulance. My 2nd favorite. Interior Storage units From the original map, this was heavily inspired by Mr Pokephile's map Urban. B-ball court.

  18. Ghost Town "See, right from the start, it was different. It wasn't just on the news, it was in the streets and coming to get you". http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Nayb8iL12E 'Ghost Town' is a map where players are scattered around a desolate city where they must scrounge what little ammo they can find to defend themselves against the infection. Players have the option to move by foot, roaming the outskirts of the town or utilize the various vehicles around the map or players can stick to the buildings and camp it out in one of the many buildings including: Hospital,Subway,Restaurant,Car Dealership,Gas Station,Church,Police Station, Pawn Shop,Apartments a Park and a Bar. Ghost Town is best played with 14-16 players. Ghost Town:http://halo.xbox.com...s=&startIndex=0 The Onyx Virus:http://halo.xbox.com...s=&startIndex=0 Whether players choose to work together or be a lone wolf, 'Ghost Town' will keep you at the edge of your seat and will make you do whatever it takes to survive. The infection has begun, can you survive?
  19. Map-Priority http://www.halo.xbox...etails=30545520 Gametype-First Aid http://www.halo.xbox...etails=30545278 Priority is a free-roam infection map/ repurposed purple bunker map/ canvas for an experimental gametype. The map's key feature is the concept of wounded survivors. Some survivors spawn on top of a custom powerup, which makes them significantly slower and unable to jump, but have increased damage and spawn near power weapons. The dynamic of this map is whether the mobile survivors will protect the injured, or leave them to fend for themselves. The aesthetics and theme are similar to my map Emergency. which is also on the forum. Priority plays great, and looks good too. It is meant for 2-16 players. Pictures: Grenade Crate (Surprisingly not overpowered) BioMed Industries HQ (The setting of a map I made a long time ago) Ambulance Interior (One Injured Survivor Spawn) Sexy Dumpster Highway Overpass (Two Injured Survivor Spawns) (Also that Warthog does a sick wipeout seen in the loadout camera)
