DHX Go Hard or Go Home Never Surrender Leave No One Behind DHX was formed in 2006 by former founder of MEA, viper6989. Clan de Nocte (Clan of the Night) This post is for ANYONE who wants to join a long term clan. Introduction My name is Ben, I have successfully managed and led a previous clan which grew to 50 members strong. This might be insignificant to some, however I strongly desire this new clan to become a much larger thing. Anyone is welcome to trial. Our clan will be focused for the time being on Halo: Reach, but we are planning to move over to Halo 4 when it comes out. The plan is to reach as many members as possible leading into the launch of the new Halo. Features Clan de Nocte will have a very defined ranking system in which succesful and skilled members will be rewarded higher ranks. Players must climb the ranking system. The names for the ranks has yet to be decided. The clan will have many different level teams based on skill level of players, higher ranking clan members will be named squad members and given charge of a team of their choice. These teams will then be regularly entered into competitive tournaments or leagues online if wanted. The best players of Clan de Nocte will be named in the representative team, these members must have excellent skill and precision as they will be the ones representing the clan in clan battles. Clip of the Week! (Maybe fortnight for the time being) Any clan member is allowed to submit a video to one of the clan officials. These videos will be evaluated and judged, deciding which clip is Clip of the Week. The winner of this will gain rank and their video will be posted to the clans youtube! Many more to be detailed soon... Fun Sundays Until the clan grows larger, we will be holding inter clan tournaments every sunday. Within these tournaments, winner(s) will be rewarded with special gifts such as ranking up or even MICROSOFT POINTS or even both!!! These Sunday tournaments will include activities such as team events, getting together your mates WITHIN the clan and playing to win in a tournament. Gametypes such as Team Slayer, Team Objective... Also Lone Wolves or 1v1s which would obviously be variants of slayer. There will also be the random jump quest for the Sunday in which a map and gametype will be posted a few nights before and messaged to all the members. We basically do matchmaking custom games and other halo based things.We are here for fun and to actuall learn life skills as weird as that sounds. BUT Each squad has more professional teams like mlg, slayer, snipers, forge, and so on. those are in place for more seriouse gamers that want to join. Hello everyone and welcome! I am currently the representitive for the clan Honor Bound Alliance, or HBA, for short. We are a dedicated clan that is in for fun and for competition. We have clan training sessions so that you can rank up quickly and if you mess up, we will tell you what you did wrong and how to improve to get better not only in the clan, but at gaming in general. We are a fairly new clan with almost 50 members to date and still counting everyday! We also have clan battles. But onlywithin our clan currently to judge how well our members are in general. If you are good, you can expect to rank up quickly. Here are some tips on ranking up in the clan. 1. Be active. Don't join just to be apart of something. 2. Be loyal. Don't join and then leave to go to another clan and then leave that one saying you want to join back. You will have one chance to join back after the first time you leave. After that, you will be permanantly banned from the clan. 3. Go to clan training sessions. These are more importamt than you think. 4. Go to clan battles. These also are important, and they are very fun! 5. Go to clan meetings. These are highly important. 6. Recruit more members. The more you recruit, the higher your rank is! That's pretty much it. So don't be shy or afraid that you are too bad at gaming to be apart of HBA. Becuase you're not. We can help. And we don't care about your rank or your age. Just don't get on our nerves if you have a squeeky voice (no offense). So if you want to join, post below, send me a message on Xbox LIVE, and send me a friend request. The Burning Wolves is a laid back clan with a varying number of members. Interestingly some days we have around 30-40 members and other days we only have 20 or even less. This clan began about 3-4 years ago and at one point had reached upwards of 50 members. We were greatly feared on Reach and sent people scrambling out of Big Team Battle lobbies. The clan is mostly social though sometimes we will rise to the occasion of being a competative clan.It also is an achievement hunters clan and a clan that is greatly interested in producing media. If you're looking for a clan that does a lot of clan v clan then this is definetly not the clan you're looking for. We avoid clan battles completely because, as one of our founding wolves stated, "1v1'ing is just stupid and pointless..." We do a lot of achievement hunting when we get enough people who want the achieves. We have been known to stack lobbies just to get achievements though you will sometimes get credit bans for doing so. We forge a lot and some of our members have a tendancy to visit custom games every so often (though we try to stay out of the custom lobby as much as possible). A large number of our members have almost all the halo series so we move around between halos a lot to do a wide variety of things. There is a ranking system that is strictly followed to keep a level of order in the clan. The ranking system basically is as follows: the clan alpha and the clan alpha female the squad leaders the squad members the clan pups (this is basically the newbs who havent gone through the training course for us to see where their skills lie..) The method to achieving new rank is mainly just to score high in all of the tests: driving, dmr range, sniper range, grenade range, driving range, flying course, and obstacle course. Depending on which course you recieve A's in you will have a path of rank opened up to you. The paths include: Rifleman, Grenadier, Vehicular expert, Pilot, Sniper specialist, Recon, Sabotage, and Spec Ops. (This is subject to change since some ranks have lost their potency on Halo 4 such as the pilot rank which no longer has a falcon to make use of on Halo 4) (Also we have not yet gained a training map on Halo 4 so most of the testing at the moment will be on Reach until we forge a testing site on Halo 4) A few generally implimented rules are as follows: UPDATE: NEW RULE AS OF 5/20/13, ALL MEMBERS MUST GET 800 ms (this can easily be done without paying for it by having our members recomend you twice for purchasing your gold membership back as you get 400 points for purchasing gold back when recomended) and change their GT to: "(insert first name aproved by a pack leader here) WoIfy" this will allow us to represent ourselves much better :3 and show we are a family not just a clan respect the pack (do not begin pointless arguements with fellow pack members and do not in any way harm, verbally abuse, or purposefully slight your fellow brothers and sisters in the pack)(respect the authority of the pack members who hold a higher rank than you (unless what they are requesting is something you feel is highly inappropriate or just plainly dishonorable for example being ordered to use yourself as cannon fodder is just not right...hopefully the clans officers who were picked because of their higher skill will realize they must not abuse their members this way but if you do feel missused bring any indescretions to me immediately and i will resolve the situation), this rule is strictly enforced to keep order: if you cannot respect your officers in this clan then regrettably you will be removed) do not bring shame to the pack (do not act in a way that might be deemed morally wrong: cursing freely at people in the lobby, whining about losses, generally making a nuisance of yourself to other players on the game) (this rule is not as strictly enforced as the others as we understand sometimes emotions will get the better of you) certain player content MUST be changed such as your clantag which will be changed to show that firstly you are a agent of the Burning Wolves and secondly what squad you belong to followed thirdly by your rank in that squad when we are playing competatively please attempt to keep your behaviors honorable by doing things like avoiding "noob" weapons (don't shoot a lone enemy with a rocket launcher, they aren't a tank), not smack talking enemies before a game carrying on how they're gonna lose (you don't know the future and honestly this will just make them try harder and make the possibilities of them actually losing decrease..), and don't smack talk a beaten enemy who does not first insult you (if an enemy loses honorably they should be treated honorably) (these rules are slightly bendable though seeing as obviously in the case someone is attacking you and it's you or them clearly we'd prefer you to live so if you absolutely must using noob weapons on someone is acceptable but we'd prefer to keep our tactics honorable) There are benefits to being in this clan the first of these obviously being the clean social interaction with other individuals who will keep their conversations to as much of a profesional level as possible (though a lot of our clan members have been known to crack "that's what she said", "your mom", and "bow chicka wow wow" jokes...). Some other benefits would be the assistance on achievements, assistance in multplayer, access to clan-only maps (we have several large and painstakingly designed forts and houses on Reach and we are about to begin doing so again on Halo 4), and official affiliation and the possibility of holding higher ranks in the future with the Burning Wolves. Another previously unmentioned benefit would be the possibility of being included in the book we are writing about our clan in the halo storyline (http://www.343industries.org/forum/topic/10352-burning-wolves-book-halo-shades-of-grey/). We also have a custom signiture which will be personalized for each clan member and used on this website to identify your affiliation with the Burning Wolves and your rank and achievements. We are hoping to add certain medals for the clan in the future which will be applied to your signature as you earn them. NOTE: This is a future clan, and will formally begin with the official release of Halo 4 I'm looking for people who are good team-players and who don't take the game overly seriously. The first two people (depends) to sign up will become secondary moderators, the ones in charge whilst I'm away. The clan will be divided into three ranks: Recruit (black), Member (white), Leader (silver), and Master (gold). These colors will be the colors of your emblems and secondary colors. The rest of how your spartan looks is completely up to you! This is how you will get your rank: Joining- First two people to join automatically get the Leader rank. There are only ever two leaders at a time (not to be confused with Master). The Master is the founder (me), but a Leader can become Master if the Master steps down and the rest of the clan elects one of the Leaders, but neither Leader can vote for themselves. After there is a total of three people in the clan, you automatically become a Member. Members can vote for new Leaders/Masters if one steps down, but they cannot vote for themselves. Recruits cannot vote for new leaders, and can't become Members until they prove themselves in War Games. You automatically become a Recruit after there are a total of ten people in the clan. Also, if I know you personally and you are one of my friends, you automatically become a Member, unless there is a Leader spot open. We will play War Games as a team, and help each other rank up (this is NOT a boosting clan). We will also do fun custom games (race maps, run-away maps, etc.), Spartan Ops, and Forge sessions. With Bungie there was a clan system where you could create, name, and organize leadership roles on their site. Does anyone know if this could be a upcomming feature?

Hey Guys! I am trying to start a sitewide custom games group that would play every week at a certain time (Ie Saturday starting at 10AM ET), but also start up games whenever. We would schedule times on the site calender. People can submit maps and game modes to play on. I don't plan on this being ranked, as it would be more relaxed and members aren't permenant and there are no requirements to join. The only leaders would just be whoever plays most often and who is willing to host games. Leaders will form from the commuities choice, not just a founder and who he likes. Any suggestions would be great!

We are looking for dedicated, and loyal people to join. We're an MLG/Slayer clan and we are just getting going, we have about 6 players but this clan doesn't look for numbers just skill. Members "MUST" have mics! We play everyday on Halo: Reach, and Halo 3 from 6:00 pm GMT-5 to 10:00 pm. A change of colors, emblem, and service tag are required. If you aren't familiar with MLG don't fret! We will train you to snipe better, make head shots second nature, keep K/D up, and place grenades like gods!
