Usually once a week I get back to the roots and play Halo 3. Sometimes with friends, sometimes by myself in Ranked Doubles or Objective. Though I do not have the disk with me while visiting family, I will be back home next week. I would like to play with fellow members in both Reach and Halo 3. A Reach play date is already in motion, I would like to set one for Halo 3 on Saturday November 12th starting at 6 pm EST. I will be on at that time if anybody would care to join just send an invite to let me know you are on. I will be on the entire evening.

I actually used to play a lot of it until I realized two things. One, when playing Texas Heat you are mostly playing against avatars from players who quit or lagged out. In my own tournaments that I set at a $50,000 minimum by in, players who lost interest and left were replaced by AI's that played as the retired players avatar and would sometimes win. I find that incredibly frustrating. I do still on occasion play private games for high stakes. will friend you next time I play.

You may well know this, but the maps offered with HCEA will be played on the Reach engine. That means they will be part of Reach MM, similar to a DLC, which is how they will be made available to players who do not have HCEA. I have to assume the new maps would have Infection played on them. Hope that helps.

We could find a world that has been left abandoned and become inhabited by a new species. We may finally get a chance to come in contact with the Forerunners themselves or find an old familiar enemy that has taken control of the advanced technology and is now even more powerful than before. I can imagine an environment that has amazing futuristic structures that both housed the creators and allowed them to manufacture all means of weapons, vehicles and ships. There would have to been an extensive network power, mechanical and waste tunnels to support such a large creation. There would have to be research, command and control, education facilities, etc. I also hope there will be natural landscapes that have rivers or large bodies of water, forest areas and even underground caves and waterways. Could it be possible this massive creation was built around a small planet or moon? I am extremely excited that the Halo 4 game will at least start, if not be fully played, in a completely new and alien environment.

I agree, There should be a way to find out how long we have had accounts and been playing the games. I would freely offer all of my account and pertinent information to verify them to get an early shot at the Beta, if one is to be made available. I have invested over two thousand dollars since the beginning in XBOXes, MS accounts and Halo game purchases. I would love an early crack at it myself.

I agree KeeFy. Quitting out is a big issue in Reach and a penalty is necessary. The penalty for quitting is still soft campared to other penalties.

A lot of people feel the jet pack changed the dynamics of the maps. I rarely have used it myself, usually only on my first life if I get low spawn on reflection so I can get rockets and jet up for a couple quick kills. Tu' in the future may experiment with the jet pack, we will have to wait and see. Yes I agree that MLG, of all games, should be ranked. They are typically our best and most competitive players and should have the "rank" to showcase their skill. Are you an avid MLG player and do you play in the Arena?

I had to go and listen to the "Deliver Hope" track and realized that it was pretty good. Some music from Reach got forgotten by me.

The lime is looking good. I will still use the standard type I always have and only use color to emphasize member names and links.
