  1. gave a potential fix for this before. for starters you've not even told us what your playing with. i.e. a wired or wireless connection. wireless connection - try hooking up to your modem/router with an ethernet cable. i had the same problem as you. i did this and my game plays smoother than a baby's backside. wired connection - no clue
  2. and not just thoroughly but have someone on standby waiting to take feedback and implement changes immediately. you can test something as thoroughly as you like and people will still find a way up into that little cranny that just puts them out of reach of zombies and the soft kill zone. (swordbase proves my point excellently)
  3. If you go by that method, it will take you a while since the elite moves around a lot. My suggestion to you if you go by what Kurt said is to make sure you save the clips of you dying. Some of the funniest stuff comes from just trying to do that one achievement
  4. they got rid of it because it was waste of memory space. even they realised that the gametype was dying rather quickly. sorry to shoot you down, but i dont think it's ever coming back.
  5. yea like i said. i was connected via wireless to my xbox and i had no end of troubles with it. seems like the xbox is having trouble keeping a connection during halo matches but then i'm not an expert. try a physical link (ethernet) and see how that works.
  6. /sarcasm. Powerhouse what's that? and I've never heard of uncaged. Lol the most I see in living dead is sword base. I occasionally get other maps, but the majority tends to be Swordbase *sigh*
  7. halo doesn't run via a dedicated server. it runs by p2p (peer 2 peer) i believe. thats why you see selecting new host when someone quites sometimes. it's picking someone else to host the game. i cant go into too much detail because i dont know much about it (cue twinreaper). have you tried connecting your xbox to your router/modem via ethernet cable. i had this problem with my wireless adapter. hooked my xbox up to my router via wire and i haven't had a problem since. give it a try and post back here with your results.
  8. I would love to see some new maps (that everyone can play, not just halo cea owners) come to living dead soon. The only map change that's been made to living dead is pinnacle being removed. I'm so tired of seeing sword base over and over. I know I don't have to play it but it's a fun game type when people don't pick the same map over and over and over again.
  9. shouldn't even quit then. drag your xbox out with you
  10. i had this problem (note HAD). are you running on a xbox wireless adapter? if so. go out and buy yourself an ethernet cable (length depends on how far away your xbox is from your router/modem). i was running on an adapter and every single time i had that problem pop up. i connected up to a ethernet cable and now i run smoother than a baby's backside... also try moving the xbox to another room if you can. for some very strange reason when i took my xbox into my brother's room and connected via adapter i had no problem, but when i put it in my room. i had the same problem again.
  11. and then you have people blasting you across the map or ramming you with a ghost for quick transport. this would especially be the case in games like griffball, assault and CTF
  12. the gametype is quite enjoyable with friends it's just annoying. i know i'm referencing halo 3. but how many times did zombies win there, and they never had no replacing system.
  13. a ten minute ban from matchmaking? they did that. people walked off and got a cookie and some juice. they came back and poofed unbanned. if they're capable of making a game then they're capable of programming software that tells the difference between quitting and disconnecting. i personally agree... a large amount of credits should be lost if you quit.
  14. yea but a sticky is a grenade, so it should stick to the outside, not the inside. the whole point to armor lock is to give you a little more time. if they dont intend to fix it so you dont die when a sticky is thrown at you then they might as well remove armor lock.
  15. lets start with rule number one IT'S A VIDEO GAME. just like cartoons and comics. anything can happen. that's the joys of a.. wait for it... VIDEO GAME secondly. this youtube-noob and yourself bpin obviously didn't pay attention to the story well enough to understand what was going on. every single one of us in this thread could explain the story easy enough but feel it would be a waste of time on your low intellect. infact i wouldn't be surprised if you both went over the top when you found the skip button and and ended up missing half the story. thirdly. if you agree with this idiot from youtube. then we dont want you here. as people have said to you before. go back to black ops. we dont want you here. all in all a recommendation for you would be to close this thread while you can because theres a lot more flaming coming your way and a lot more dislikes heading for that you-noob video.
