Recently Nintendo announced the 2DS and no this is not a very late April fools joke. The 2DSis a entry level handheld system that is a the same as the 3DS just without the 3D and the clam like design of the 3DS and yes 3DS games work on the 2DS the system will launch at 130 dollars on October 12. According to Reggie from Nintendo ( imagine a standard 3DS laid all the way flat and with depth slider all the way down ) link to IGN on this my thoughts on this this seems kind of pointless as on the 3DS you can just turn the 3D off but I guess it is sort of cheaper than a 3DS so if you want a 3DS but cannot afford one get this.

as of now besides halo 3 I don't play halo I am not sure how much I play a week though I would guess 9 to 25 ( I have lots of time on my hands )

I see tons of game stuff everywhere for example I went on holiday to Cornwall and saw a place called Altair's cottage

I am not saying it will I just want it for the next halo as nothing can revive halo 4 the game is dead

But what made halo multiplayer great in the first place was a true skill ranking system in game wonder why halo 4s player count has gone down so much one of the reasons is csr the waypoint ranking system may as well not even be there ( if it even works ) a in game true skill ranking system gives players a goal something to try and get and only getting better can do that it keeps players on the game but if you didn't want to have 1 to 50 play a social playlist simple easy and it great for both types of halo gamers.

this just seems like a waste of time money resources / staff and just comes off as a cheap gimmick

good idea hmmmm yes I think this is what most of the community wants is 1 to 50 and I do as well 1 to 50 was a great ranking system but if you did not want that play social playlists easy simple and fits both types of players that play halo

I agree a lot of people I know are buying the Xbox one just to play halo 5 or halo one whatever they call it they don't like it but because it halo they have to get the Xbox one .

This is a community forum run by and for the community no Microsoft or 343 staff here ( as far as I know ) but I doubt halo will ever come to PC because halo is on of the only good things about the Xbox and one of the only reasons to get one. So if they made it on PC as well I can be certain sales of the Xbox's would go down and Microsoft don't want that.
