hmmm this sounds like something a certain game company would do I think it called Capcom and they made a game called dead rising 2 but a year later they make a game called dead rising 2 off the record hmmm I kind of like this idea very much as halo 4 the arbiter just sounds like another dead rising 2 off the record game but maybe a spin off game in a few years I don't know

now this is only a though I had today but there is evidence to back it up. as most of the human population knows dead rising 3 is coming out and is a Xbox one excusive But here is the reason why you should wait because when dead rising 2 came out a year later.Dead rising 2 off the record that added frank west as the protagonist sandbox mode new weapon's a new area costumes new zombies types and so on so. But the game was considered a beefed up dlc pack and Capcom has done this stuff before so my guess it there may be a spin off of so called directors cut of dead rising 3 .So if you want to wait for a possible dead rising 3 directors cut that if confirmed might add a new location weapons costumes and so on then do and in the words of TK. you got to be willing to risk it all if you are ever really going to WIN BIG !!!
