Never in my life have I said anything to that degree or even related to that. I look up to a lot of journalists in the American system, Joseph Vargas being one of the most prominent for me. As I said, if I ever said something like that I'd be counter-acting my usual behavior, so it makes no sense. I think you're either making this up or might have seen someone else do it. If you don't believe me, I guarantee you 99% of the members on this forum will swear they've never heard me act or say anything to the liking. In the end, this is false info you've got there, and it's tarnishing my reputation I think, so please remove it? Thanks.

Assassin's Creed Unity Speculation thread
VinWarrior replied to Connor Kenway's topic in General Discussion
That doesn't mean that we're sticking to ONE time period, Altair and Ezio were in a game together, yet they were in different time periods. What if we had a Revelations-type scenario? -
Assassin's Creed Unity Speculation thread
VinWarrior replied to Connor Kenway's topic in General Discussion
Nikolai Orlev from the Assassin's Creed: Fall books is a Russian assassin from the 20th century, the assassin we see in the poster looks very similar and Nikolai is very popular among the AC community. Sorry for the weird speckling effect, I needed to get it out and did it quick/sloppily. -
I'm a HUGE paranormal fan and love the whole mythology surrounding death and Salem, Massachusetts, so it is a must-buy for me. I love Detective thrillers, I love the paranormal, and I love Salem. What more could I want?

Alright, I figured it was time to respond to this thread because, let's face it, I admit we've had some bad blood between us these past few months, mistakes on both parts, I will aptly admit I've made many mistakes in my time on this site and during discussions with you. I do think it's sad to see you appear less and less because, let's face it, while I may not have liked your opinions, your sense of humor, or your own reactions to people and their's to you, you were still a member who contributed, in the shoutbox, community events, offbeats, and news akin. I'd like to clear that out of the way before I continue, because many will claim that I hate you. So listen here any member who has stated that I hate this member or that member. I hate none of you, all of you are family, whether I like and communicate with you is a different story, but I feel no contempt toward a single person here, much as some have likely felt that way toward me. Now, as to what you said, first of all thank you for complimenting me on my News abilities and suggesting going back into the Roleplaying scene. This is something I have deliberated for a long time, and I feel now isn't the time for it. Not only is my job bogging it down a lot, but the Roleplaying community isn't active the way it used to be, and maybe that's just how it should be for the old community. I say let a new generation of roleplayers come in and craft their own unique style, the time of Omega, the time of The Dumb Marine, the time of AIGamerGirl, the time of BaconShelf, that time ended long ago and we've all moved on to different things or left... Like BaconShelf and AI did... The community isn't right for it, but I do feel it should be resurrected in the near future by a new group entirely, and maybe we should retire back and enjoy the old moments while keeping in our hearts the new. Now here's what I don't understand in this particular post Yoko. You claim it is not apt for me to claim I am better than the people in the system, and I frankly can't wrap my head around this statement. I have never once claimed to be better than any regular member, as a matter of fact I've integrated myself more with members than staff I think! I hang out with a member more then I hang out with a Communications guy or Art Department guy. I myself AM a normal member, so that makes perfect sense, so I don't understand how you can make a bold claim that I see myself as above a regular member, despite the blatant fact that I myself am a regular member, just with a different shade.

So I have a small predicament for my own birthday in July... On the sixth... Right before Bungie day... Aren't I a lucky one?! But that's not the point, my whole problem is there are a total a 4 games I have in mind to buy... Everything else was delayed or cancelled, it's terrible. I had no money in the first place but now I have little money with nothing to spend it on. So I'd like YOU the people to suggest me some games that would be amazingpendoustacularsome for me. I won't list off all the games I have in my collection so suggest whatever floats your boat, old or new. Keep in mind though I own a PS4... The console with a total of 3 exclusives with only 1 of them decent. And I own a PS3 as well, I've pretty much discontinued my 360 and don't own a One yet. Suggest platforms, games, accessories, whatever the hell floats your boat as I said. Current games on my list -confirmed that is- I don't want someone going into the comments saying, "Oh yoloswag Watch_Dogs is so last gen 420p on Brickstation2 it sucks so much yo Minecraft 4 life; xOuya master race969696x". Your reputation with me will be tarnished forever, believe me. Bnus, I'm looking at you.

Hello everyone and welcome to the latest issue of the Weekly News Wrap-Up! Before we begin I'd like to send my own dedication to War Veterans everywhere who served on D-Day 70 years ago yesterday, as well as anywhere at any time. Putting your life on the line for your home must be a very difficult thing to do, and I salute you for sprinting into the raging fire with the knowledge you may not come out. I'd also like to send my regards to the Kennedy family, on the anniversary of RFK's death yesterday, and his assassination the day before. But enough with depressing news in the real world, let's start off with some depressing news in the fictional world! View attachment: WNW 60714.JPG Martin O'Donnell Sues Bungie for Unpaid Wages In a shocking display, Bungie's ex-composer Martin O'Donnell is suing his former company and especially it's chief executive Harold Ryan, on account of unpaid debts on Bungie's part owed to Martin. If we all remember his firing accordingly, on April 11th we received a tweet on Marty's account saying he had been fired without cause, and VentureBeat.com was the first to spot his gross attack at Bungie. This does not seem to be a major assault at all employees however, as the attack was aimed at Harold Ryan, mentioned before. The file specifically said, "Ryan has willfully and intentionally caused Bungie to deprive O’Donnell of accrued but unused vacation time, paid time off, sabbatical time, and other benefits." The case is ongoing, and Bungie has no plans of giving in to the lawsuits apparently. View attachment: Marty-o-Donnell.jpg Do you side with Bungie, or do you side with Martin in this ongoing battle likely soon to escalate to a war? Debate below! Forza Horizon 2 Gets Pre-E3 Teaser Forza Horizon 2, one of the most anticipated racing games that was leaked some time ago, was recently officially announced by IGN, also announced to be 1080p and 30fps, lower then that of Forza Motorsport 5, but being open-world causing restraints. Xbox's official channel showed off the first real-live glimpses of footage from Horizon recently, in a small teaser. The teaser shows of the European country-side and some decals on a yellow Lamborghini Huracan. Aside from that, we get a logo, and another tease to tune in at Microsoft's E3 presentation. It will in-fact be available on the Xbox One and Xbox 360, with two different developers doing the two different versions akin to Titanfall. View attachment: FH2.JPG Are you pumped for E3 because of the Forza Horizon 2 teaser, or are there other titles that more concern your interests? Let me know below, be sure to discuss! The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Collector's Edition and Release Date Announced A sure sign that foreign games can become huge hits on the popular market, The Witcher, made by polish developer CD Projekt Red, has become a widely loved game with a third title on the way for Current Generation consoles and PC. According to a recent listing on GameStop.com, a collector's edition is also available for the game and a confirmed release of February 24th, 2015 has been announced. The Collector's Edition will run you $150 USD estimated and will include a statue of the main hero, the main game in the typical box art, an Art Book, a medallion of the Witcher symbol, Collector's boxes and an extra steelbook to store the game in if you are unsatisfied with the main game box. GameStop also has other bonuses like a Poster and Keychain available when pre-ordering from them. View attachment: TW3WHCE.jpg Are you ordering the Collector's Edition or picking The Witcher 3 up when it releases? Discuss below, thanks for reading! Thank you for taking the time to read this, I apologize if someone has already taken one of these articles and I hadn't seen, I sure hope they haven't, if you have, let me know and I'll try to sort it out! I'll see you next time on the Weekly News Wrap-Up!

Xbox One's best-seller title Dead Rising 3, published and developed by Capcom, seems to be coming to Valve's PC service Steam according to a brief mistake on the Steam Database. Microsoft might finally be fulfilling Phil Spencer's goal of branching out to Windows platforms more, and to top with one of the Xbox One's most acclaimed launch titles. According to a Steam Database leak spotted by a Neogaf.com user, Dead Rising 3 will be arriving on Steam. This should basically confirm the title's jump to Steam, but we're left to wonder whether the timed exclusivity deal ended and Dead Rising 3 will also be ported to the PlayStation 4 or if it's staying as a Microsoft exclusive in the way Titanfall did. This could definitely boost the insane amount of copies already sold at 1.2 Million according to a results sheet dating back to March. Dead Rising isn't particularly known for being a Microsoft exclusive either way, as Dead Rising 2 was available on PS3 as well as the Xbox 360. View attachment: dead_rising_3_game-wide.jpg Do you want Capcom to branch out and launch the game on Steam and PlayStation 4? Let me know below, be sure to discuss, and thanks for reading!

I believe that there should be Alien Species in Halo 5, however they need to be varied, limited, and balanced. We can't have a Hunter stomping through the plains of Valhalla and say a Spartan has the same power. Halo: Reach got it right making them feel varied but have on-par skills. Halo 3 however got it just right with customization, making it seem (at the time) like a large selection. In my personal opinion, there should be a sort of Gears 3-esque Beast mode in Halo 5, where you can play as these aliens and have it be where they seem intimidating like in the Campaign and Firefight/Spartan Ops.

I expected this, it was well worth the 4-5 month wait! Congrats JX, you proudly deserve the award, and I can't wait to see you begin to reign in pink. It was a long time coming.

Hello everyone and welcome to the the May 31st edition of the Weekly News Wrap-Up! I apologize for this being a few minutes late today, but I finally got my hands on Watch_Dogs for a few hours, and was getting very immersed into the game, and I just got to my PC again a little while ago! Don't fret, for the Wrap-Up is still packed with awesome content all in one place for your reading pleasure! So sit back, relax, and enjoy! View attachment: WNW 53114.JPG The Order: 1886 Delayed to Early 2015 One of Sony's largest exclusives of 2014 was The Order: 1886, following a steampunk styled Industrial Revolution during the Victorian Era, and an unknown and ancient threat, a plot that seems to show promise. I say 'was' because it was recently announced over on PlayStation.com in a blog entry that The Order would be delayed to early 2015, likely February, with a heap of other triple-A titles like Metal Gear Solid: V, Dying Light, and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt to name a few. The developer, Ready at Dawn, gave the typical reasoning for the delay, explaining how more time was needed to craft the game to perfection. "we have decided to spend some extra time to deliver on the promise we made . . . you can expect The Order: 1886 to come exclusively to the PlayStation 4 in early 2015." They said. View attachment: 2432359-the+order+1886+shot.jpg Are you pleased that The Order: 1886 has been delayed so that it can be adjusted and fixed to the appropriate state a game should launch in, or has this solidified your reasoning that the PlayStation 4 needs more games soon as it's running dry? Let me know below! Destiny 'Art of', 'Making of', and Poster Collection Books Revealed Destiny has had much hype leading up to it's fall release, but we're all left scratching our heads on scarce details for two main deals which Bungie has remained silent on, Destiny Books, and a Collector's Edition, and while the Collector's Edition has yet to be mentioned, we have received confirmation of three Destiny books! A Reddit.com user spotted the books in his June Comic Previews catalog and took a screenshot of them, showcasing the three different types mentioned above. Each is labeled as being ''Available only within the United States" which could be a complicated situation for those in outside countries looking for Destiny memorabilia. The Art of Destiny is 160 pages, the Poster Collection is 40 pages, and the Making of Destiny is 156 pages. The Artbook and 'Making of' run at $45 USD each and the poster collection at $24.99 USD. View attachment: DestinyBooks.jpg Will you be buying the three books, or just certain ones? Discuss below! Dishonored 2: Darkness of Tyvia Fact Sheet Leaked Dishonored was a huge game in 2012, and made a large mark in a year of innovative and new games that aren't widely known or have the biggest budget becoming large hits. It makes sense that reps from the development team would say things like, "We clearly have a new franchise" and this statement is further backed with the leak over on VG247.com, who's source leaked them a fact sheet for an E3 demonstration of Dishonored II. This sheet includes the information that the game will include a DOOM Beta access code, like Wolfenstein, and will be on Xbox, PlayStation, and PC, as well as feature a new character with new powers hunting down the Outsider, possibly on a mission of revenge as the previous game's theme seemed to be. It will also include a Versus multi-player mode, run on IDTech5 Engine, and release sometime during 2016. Bethesda did speak to VG247 saying, “we don’t comment on rumour or speculation.” View attachment: dishonored-2-02-1024x521.jpg Do you want this fact sheet to turn out true, or is there some things you'd change, because now is for sure the time for feedback with E3 days away! Debate below about this rumor! Thank you for reading the Wrap-Up this week, if you like what you've seen here be sure to tune in weekly. Same News-Time, same News-Channel, I'll see you next time!

Uh I had attended two of the original Ninjas v Forum events, I dunno if I qualify for the awards but I wanted to bring it up, thanks. EDIT: Just noticed I had 1 NvF already, if I'm entitled to two considering I attended two of them but only got one award, then go ahead, if not it's cool.

The newly announced Visceral Games project Battlefield: Hardline, has had a detailed trailer leaked to the web showing off some new features in the game. Battlefield: Hardline has had the gaming community buzzing since it's announcement several days ago by Steve Papoutsis, the company VP and general manager, and today in typical fashion we have received a leaked trailer. Polygon.com, the only ones with an intact trailer after Electronic Arts took down the original video and any copies, posted the trailer which showed off the game's fresh new style of a Cops and Robbers scenario. They showed off the campaign, taking place in Omaha as you take on the role of a detective hunting down criminals and stopping heists. They also showed off new multiplayer modes like Rescue, in which you try to rescue hostages, pretty straightforward, and Heist, in which you either commit a heist or try to stop it. It's all very exciting, and will launch supposedly this fall on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PC, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 3. View attachment: Omaha.png Are you excited for Battlefield: Hardline with it's new dramatic theme and interesting and fresh modes, or will it take some more convincing for you to drop down into the Battlefield? Let me know below, and I'll see you next time!

Seems like 343i is doing a lot of retconning with the things people didn't like in Halo 4, if that is they are the ones overseeing this series? Flood, Elites, Brutes, and more focus on the UNSC like it used to be. I honestly give them MASSIVE kudos as they are doing a lot to calm the old fans who hated Halo 4 (not saying I did). Good article my man
