  1. Alot of people I encounter on websites, customs or on matchmaking think they are soooo good apparently. I don't know what triggers this encounter in Halo 4 because in Reach it wasn't so many. Their would be the occasional person that would be decent but not even good. Now in Halo 4 people try soo hard and think they're good. Well I'm sure it is the massive aim assist in Halo 4 because people could shoot the torso or beside the head and end up with a headshot. That didn't happen so often in past other halo games where wherever you had your reticle is where the bullet is going to go. But with the massive hitbox's and magnetism in this game even nobody's could out br/dmr a decent player. Then they go ahead and brag about it and say they did this on who. it just irritated me and wanted to know if anybody had these encounters. I don't think it is healthy and that aim assist and the hit box's need need to be reduced ASAP. But of course I'm sure people will argue that it is good to help the people just starting but the fact is that you're not going to get better with fake aim.
  2. I think killing ppl after game over is just being a bad sport. It's like in a boxing match punching sum1 after the bell. It's like in a basket ball game throwing hoops after the whistle is blown. What's the point? I don't c the fun in watching a guy flinch slightly as u tap RT. What do u guys think?
  3. I really want to get my win / loss ratio up, but lately that has become quite near impossible. Every game I join it is in progress and we lose tremendously. I have to go positive at least 20 kills just to barely win. My teamates are always mic-less and just run in the middle and die. Is it something 343 has added recently? No one ever really wants to play Halo 4. What I want to know is, is anyone else having this problem? Also, I don't want to play Regicide because I don't think I would win that much, and Flood just isn't fun anymore.
  4. Dear 343: Your game is broken. Here is how to fix it. (Also, if I've already hit some points already discussed, I apologize. I'm in the military and don't have the time to go through forums.) 1.) Lobby UI is cluttered and doesn't show whether or not players in a party together. 2.) There are maps on the disc that are not in multiplayer rotation. Why is this? It's not like you have to figure out where to place weapon spawns. Which, of course, leads to #3. 3.) Weapon spawns. With too few weapon swawns, there is less incentive to push and hold certain areas of the map. A team can effectively just sit and camp in there own spawn and simply wait for the enemy. This is not theory, this has happened. 4.) Ordnance drops. One team can be fully equipped with snipers while the other team is stuck with extra grenades or needlers. 5.) Armor Abilities. All opinions aside, it would be very simple to make a playlist without them, as Slayer Pro is just kind of boring with only a few weapons in play. In my opinion, armor abilities are the ubiquitous "catering to the noobs" that most everyone who has any iota of skill will complain about. And, yet, despite these complaints, you continue to ignore your strongest fanbase. But you're making millions of dollars off the noobs, so I guess I can see why. I don't blame your blatant disregard for the harcore fans, but it is very difficult to ignore. Can you at least acknowledge the fact that you're only pandering and not implementing gimmicks for the sake of "evolution"? 6.) Killcams inaccurate. 7.) Maps. Whoever designed the maps for Halo 2 are the people you need to talk to. Because it seems to me whoever's been designed maps in the recent iterations of Halo are only concerned with looks. A - Many CTF maps are poorly balanced, as one side holds an easily capturable flag while the other will have massive cover surrounding flag, enabling ease of defense. Asymetry sure sure, but at least have some more balanced maps. And speaking of CTF, where's 1 Flag???? Or Big Team Objective gametypes? You've had the time to design new maps but not work on the core aspects of your game?? 8.) Parties will be split upon joining games in-progress. More to follow.... And to those who would say, 'well just go play something else', I say, you can't stop me from trying to affect change, especially in something that has so much potential to do so.

    Balancing

Im sure many of you have noticed some balancing issues with halo 4 lets start of with the DMR the dmr: the gun is so overpowered and is now overused this is one of the weak side of loadouts since you recoil everytime you get shot depending on what weapon your getting hit with so everytime your hit by the DMR. the damage or recoil you get is overdone they need to fix this... now for matchmaking ok matchmaking is still nice, you find player, play with people etc... but what about balancing it? in halo 3 it pairs you up with players depending on your skill... with halo 4... you are either.. A. paired up with someone that is too good B. paired up with bad players (especially in team based games) C. in team slayer games the good and the bad are separated (i.e your with the newbies while the pros are teamed up) maps: the maps are.... fairly good however there is one map i like to discuss.... Comples aaah yes complex its infamous for having the wall glitch when you play oddball and infection but here is the issue with it... its made for campers the buildings are small in the inside so you and your team could just take a close range weapons and just camp inside (I had a discussion with this with some players in another site) for exmaple you know that building with the ramp? and has that bridge attached to it? yeah... a camping spot during slayer it was impossible to get inside without them just ambushing you (they were using close range weapons) I guess thats it.... only three issues
  6. When I was online, playing Match Making in War Games, I noticed that the majority of the players under the rank of SR-15 are using the Battle Rifle. No doubt that they don't know how to save spartan points or choose good weapons. The Battle Rifle has a magazine of 36 bullets, and fires in bursts of three bullets, allowing it to shoot 12 times. It is overpowered in my eyes, and if feels like I only hear two shots being fired per burst. The newbies that are using the Battle Rifle really think that the Battle Rifle is a middle to long ranged weapon, where as in reality, it is a short to medium ranged weapon. I seriously don't see why so many people want to use a weapon that doesn't even resemble the Battle Rifle I used in Halo 2 and Halo 3, rather than using the DMR, which we are familiar with in Halo: Reach. Halo 2's Battle Rifle in comparison to Halo 4's Battle Rifle Halo 3's Battle Rifle in comparison to Halo 4's Battle Rifle Notice how the angle shape on the top is too elevated? It looks like a FAMAS from Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2. Notice how similiar they look? Once again, my point is valid.
