Forge is not going to be like that. It is a map editor not a map creator.

The ability to mass copy and paste items would be nice. So if the grouping tool that ninja came up with was used then you could copy the whole sniper tower and paste it if the block restriction was not broken. We also NEED precision editing back.

Do I want it over any orbs forge worlds? No not really. But it would be cool to see it return along with others.

It is a good idea to plan out your map on a sheet of graph paper. Nothing to detailed but enough to know what to put there. If it is a BTB map make every block on the paper 2x2 spots and for a smaller map make it 1x1. Then once you have your map design put down some pieces for the flloring and go as far as your map is long. If it seems ok then you should be good. Then begin forging. There are 4 main steps you need to follow when forging. -Planning / Blueprinting - Construction of Main Structure - Decor / Scenery and Weapon / Objective Placement - Testing testing and more testing.

Ha. Yeah I do not really see a solution. To increase penalties on leaving games?

I agree on Tue part about precision. But power does not really play a big factor in SWAT since it is one shot to the head and death. I think this thread is more asking do you like the precision of the DMR or the 3shot of the BR. And if you are smart the rapid fire of the magnum. I think that they are all pretty even overall though. It is all preference.

Agreed thee is not reason to give out more XP if some people cannot use it.

This probably means there is something wrong with your disc. I had this problem on halo reach with loading any forge world maps. I figured out my disc was cracked. Are you able to load up haven in custom games? If you can load it in customs then there is something wrong with haven on the servers.

I do not think there will be a "janurary" update. I think they might do some weekly updates and release a little bit at a time if I remember correctly. Don't expect to have one big update though. Hopefully file share can get up soon.

I use the BR at distance and Magnum in CQC.

I agree with some and disagree with others. Overall though 343i does need to start acting on stuff like this.

I agree that holding a product from people who bought the game is outragous. If I paid 60 dollars for a game then I should be able to play more than a week on multiplayer and be able to level up. I am mostly dissapointed in them holding the specializations. They failed pretty hard on that. I can see why they are holding at SR130 though. In addition to the adding of new specializations 343 has to figure out what to do in the remaining year or two about this game. Will they create new levels and just let players mindlessly go up q SR every 3 hours of play or so, or will they add more content to make ranking up come with a reward. Usually I defend 343 a lot on here and I must say this is one of their biggest mistakes. They kind of brought down the excitement that the game possessed since it has been released. Hopefully they can react soon with ways to make everything work along with learning from their mistakes.

It looks like some pretty good graphics. I don't care too much for the design of the game though.

Hopefully something like halo 3 or better. No more linear systems! They are boring and there is not much joy in ranking up after you played a game where you got your butt kicked.

I agree the infinity ranking system feels really weird. It is a linear system and I Woah that they would move away from this and do something more like halo 3 style. It combined social and ranked playlists which is great because it allows both the great halo players and the dedicated halo players progress up into the ranks. A linear system does not really do anything like this and it mostly favors dedicated players. The good players are only able to just say that they got to SR130 first. I kind of want that feeling back where get a new rank was more of an achievement rather than me wondering how long I was playing for that day. I want to get into a game and see a 5 star general and know...oh crap. I am about to get my arse kicked.
