And he only plays Gran Turismo. I only use it for blu-ray discs.) and maybe my grandfather (Who has a Wii, which he used about a year ago....when I went to play.) I mean, an Uncharted (PS3 exclusive game) forum, would probably outcome in the majority reply that PS3 is better. You know, I'd like to go to a neutral site one day, sort of an every-gamer forum, and try a poll like this. Some of my favs are Little Big Planet 2, Journey, Resistance: Fall of Man, and Demon's Souls. Personally, I prefer the Xbox360 out of those options. The ability to interface with others on Xbox has always seemed better than on other consoles. The 360 platform itself is cheaper and more affordable than the PS3 but with disadvantages that aren't noticeable until you play things like the suicide mission on Mass Effect 2 or some Mass Effect 3 cinematic; they really are too much to handle. Going with the pinnacle of technology to enhance gaming experiences shoves me over to using a PC than a console. The lack of specialisation of the platform's software (currently Windows/Win8) allows for flexibility on how I use the machine; with an Xbox360, I can't take out something and put a better part in, or an additional part. With pretty much all towers and most desktops (limited on case size) you can just put more hardware in. Console games use specialised codecs and languages so the console can run the game seamlessly. A PC game with codecs that the console can read will overtax any console, depending on which games. (Arma II, for example. Or even PC Mass Effect, yes, I love Mass Effect.) Xbox 360 has better exclusives, a better online Internet service, and I personally believe a better community behind it. Those are just some of the reasons why Xbox 360 is a better console.
