DMR or BATTLERIFLE

Now a lot of people have diffierent uses with what gun they wanna go into combat with,I personally would chose the DMR,but what is better a DMR or a BATTLERIFLE you guys decide.

First off, You cant use chance or opinion or vote bcz you have STATISTICS. The DMR is logically more damageful, making it less skillful.

Depends on the playlist and the map. If I am doing SWAT on Haven the BR has a bit of an edge I think (though I still go DMR because I just dont use the BR). Each has its uses.

Well, this depends on the map, the distance you want to engage from, and your battle style. Remember that the DMR hits harder and that it works mostly from long to medium range, while the BR fares better from close to medium range.

DMR has faster kill time and more aim assist associated with it, so it is pretty much better.

So I don't double post, I'd just like to direct you to my previous thoughts on this here. My overall opinion is that the Designated Marksman Rifle is far more superior in every aspect than the Battle Rifle.

Let's put it this way: most competitive settings have a BR start and don't give you the option between the BR and the DMR because more people would overwhelmingly choose a DMR over a BR in that situation. For that reason the BR would be the spawn weapon while you would have to go out and find and fightbfor a DMR, like you would for a Sticky Detonator or a Sniper Rifle.

i use the br it's a better gun and its a start out weapon for competitive settings. i can still pick up a dmr and get 30 kills its to easy to use.

There's no competition. In even a slightly skilled player's hands, the DMR is superior to the BR. The DMR has a farther aim assist reach as well as heaps of bullet magnetism. Having a faster kill time also helps it out.

Not really. The BR is good for some maps, and for some areas of the other maps. The DMR has better aim at longer distances, so it gives it an upper hand.

Bigger map or game's where I know I'm gonna have a lot of 1v1 combat then I use DMR if it's straight up Slayer. Medium-Small maps I use BR or Light Rifle to mix things up and I prefer the BR over the others because of nostalgic reasons.
