Coolcat Posted August 19, 2012 Report Share Posted August 19, 2012 I'd have to say the Arbiter from Halo 2 and 3. His story and voice really brought the emotions to the story unlike Master Chief who was bred to have no personality and no emotions. It provides a lot of balance. I also found Dutch, from ODST, to be an interesting character because he seems to be one of the few humans that have hanged on to God. He was this great warrior and lost everything. Then he got a chance of redemption by becomg the arboter. The whole "outcast but becoming good thing" is a quality i like in characters.
