Coolcat Posted August 19, 2012 Report Share Posted August 19, 2012 I'd have to say the Arbiter from Halo 2 and 3. His story and voice really brought the emotions to the story unlike Master Chief who was bred to have no personality and no emotions. It provides a lot of balance. He was this great warrior and lost everything. Then he got a chance of redemption by becomg the arboter. The whole "outcast but becoming good thing" is a quality i like in characters.
