They have already given it to people who have had and played Halo 3 Online before a certain date. If you have Xbox Live and have played Halo Multiplayer before but don't have Recon, I think it's still possible to receive it by contacting 343 Industries directly. I wasn't there for that but it looks like a great time for this Forum, especially with the launch of Halo 4.

Name: UNSC Spartan-II (Alex) Bio: I live in England and still go Highschool. I was born in England. I have no English/British heritage. I'm not religious. I'm not an optimist or a pessimist, I'm a realist...although I have been called a pessimist multiple times before. I'm very active (sports, don't get any ideas...). I'm single. I've grown with Halo. I hate school and most people in it. I feel liked it's unnecessary, apart from the useful education I receive from it. I can be a little competitive when it comes to sports...okay, very competitive. I'm in the Air Training Corps. I take Shotokan Karate. And...yeah. Not much to know about me I guess. Likes/Loves: Halo, Spartans, Sports, Dogs, this Forum, Sci-Fi, Technology, Science, P.E/P.T, Military, Martial Arts, Cute/Fit Girls, Anime (Girls), Rooster Teeth, Music, Combat, etc. Dislikes/Hates: School, Racism, "Tough guys", Prejudice, etc. (I don't receive any Racism or Prejudice but I hate watching other people receive it) Two words to describe me: Casual, understanding. Future Career: I aim to do something in Engineering. I choose engineering because it's a more practical job so i'm always up on my feet, unlike an office job. I also like the feel of it. Nice to know I can repair something, use tools successfully, and know that my job is actually useful for many people. I'll either be doing Mechanical, Electrical, or Aeronautical Engineering.
