Well when the game first came out yes that was true but as of recent you're not paying attention to what 343i is doing. 343i has done an amazing job with feedback heck they even updated Griffball because the very niche Griffball community has been requesting some changes. I understand you don't keep updated with the game but please do not say such things at least ask someone who does or view Waypoint first. Multi-Team was a rotational playlist that lasted only 2 weeks it might come back in future rotations. Express your concern on the Halo Waypoint War Games feedback section Team Throwdown is going to stay because it is the most competitive playlist Halo 4 has and a lot of the remaining competitive Halo players really enjoy Team Throwdown since it is the perfect playlist for them. Think of it like this: People enjoy it, you don't/ It is also a great way for 343 to better understand how the competitive community.

Regardless if this is the UNSC vs Modern Military there is no doubt in my mind that the UNSC will dominate solely through interstellar superiority. This is a battle and you're not supposed to hold back on your opponent. Although that is a good point with the Air but wasn't a saber in Halo 4? Or was it something else? Eh whatever that spaceship that you drive at the end of Halo 4 can easily destroy some of our best jets of today. It isn't the dominion playlist it is your Xbox. I played around 10 games of Dominion today zero problems whatsoever and you're the first to actually encounter this so it is most likely an isolated incident. The same happened with my little brother back during launch and it turns his disc was scratched and he couldn't play slayer for an awkward reason(Maybe different cases) try installing Halo 4 to your harddrive and see if that works. It could most likely be your connection or NAT type since I've never heard this happen before. Best of luck finding the issue!

Very interesting topic allow me to share my thoughts Space You forgot to count this in. UNSC wins right away no question. Air UNSC wins because Space!!! Plus energy shielding technology that greatly improves the durability of any aerial vehicle. ALSO HOW CAN WE FORGET THE VULTURES, HAWKS, AND SABERS MAN. Vehicles Well to be fair. We have a Mammoth they don't. Not to mention rocket hogs and gauss hogs will easily penetrate any modern armor of todays. You have to remember the UNSC use much more effective materials then tanks of today. So the scorpions will provide an even match. I mean have you seen how great the UNSC Vehicles really are just play Halo Wars and find out. Infantry The Assualt Rifle is actually a lot more effective then you think. Did we win this war only using Spartans? They played an extremely important part in winning the war in fact they basically won the war. Special Forces Yep I think it is safe to say we got this downpacked. It is very safe to say that the UNSC puts up a very good fight in all categories. The UNSC also has like quadrupled the resources and population We won't even need the Spartans and we would probably put up one heck of a fight.

Well first off this isn't 343i this is just a community forum If you have any questions regarding Halo 2 Vista please ask @bsangel on twitter or the waypoint forums because I am sure they will have answers for you And as for the servers being taken down it was supposed to happy back in July or something but 343i love you all so much they decided to not let that happen.

Forge World but it would be better if Forge World had a snowy setting.

In my opinion the way Reach did the armor system was perfect, but Halo 4 added some interesting things with specializations and different armor pattern sets for the same piece. I think Reach's system is perfect and should be in the next Halo game but I do like this idea! I am now going to go to the steam workshop and see if there are any Halo items for TF2.

Really enjoyed the poem nice job! One of the biggest reasons for the dwindling Halo community is because of the lack of competitive support anymore Remember how AGL10 screwed us over? MLG no longer supports Halo due to CoD being the game that replaced it. Funny because Reach was the cause of this I understand it is just the competitive support but you have to remember there are a lot more games now then there was back in 2007 so that may also be a factor. 343i has been great to us giving us support and patches and updates. I love what they have been doing and I am going to do my best to help the next Halo really shine. I think we all are. It is thanks to awesome community sites like this that keep Halo on its feet that prevent it from becoming a niche game. We may not have the biggest fanbase anymore but we surely do have a dedicated one. Which counts for something.

Well I agree with all there is some stuff you need to know 1. They had files for a human airborne vehicle(Falcon) but it didn't make it into the final game probably due to time. 2. I agree I miss collecting skulls at least we had terminals better then nothing 3. Spartan Ops has a wealth of them I assume you want them to return which they should 4. I would be surprised if there wasnt but I agree new vehicles would be nice. 5. Again I agree 6. Halo 4 could not run a forge world without crashing the 360. It is 8 year old hardware so I am positive the X1 can do it just fine.

By playing the game. Score Attack is a nice and easy way to gain a lot of credits so is matchmaking firefight. There is no get credits fast glitch anymore.

Pokemon Z or the Pokemon remakes have not been confirmed and Nintendo has shown very little interest so far in remaking 3rd gen. Not to mention those are handheld games which is in a different generation entirely I am excited for the new Mario Kart and Smash Bros I just forgot to list them my bad D: Also Fallout 4 isn't confirmed neither is Half Life 3 so I am not going to list those until confirmation.

After playing both Ryse plays a lot like Batman games. Killzone plays a lot like Killzone which to be honest is a very nice shooter. You should at least play both games before saying anything because your friends opinion is distorted but its okie! I mean don't get me wrong it is generic but it is a beautiful game and fun to play. I wouldn't play it more then a week but thats just me. I got hands on time with both games and I feel the same way about Ryse but the gameplay was so different to me it felt very exhilarating(Still isn't that amazing though) I just think if you want something different from shooters Ryse is the way to go and to be honest neither Killzone nor Ryse have an amazing single player so neither of us should be commenting on it anyways this is off topic I shouldn't have brought it up in the first place so moving along. And si I agree this generation is going to be amazing! I cannot wait until the next Star Wars Battlefront!

Killzone Shadow Fall is a very generic shooter. If you like Halo and Battlefield you won't really like this it is a very niche game with a very odd community. I don't recommend it I would put Ryse higher then it.

So now that we're offically in generation 8 of gaming(X1, PS4, Wii U) What games are you excitied for most coming out these upcoming years? I made this thread to help inform people about some awesome games they might not be aware of! Well you never stated that, and it still holds 0 claim to calling it "Halo 4.5". It is Halo 5 or Halo Xbox One.

Seeing as Halo 5 has already been confirmed to run at 60 FPS. Which means 343i has a working Halo 5 build in their studio and that Halo 4 ran on 8 year old hardware. I am 100% sure it will. Not to mention all the first party games on X1 run at 1080p so I am guessing Halo will too.

I don't normally like theories I perfer hard evidence and fact but allow me to reply to you on what I think 1. No it is not Halo 4.5. Halo 3 happened immediately after Halo 2 and it was not Halo 2.5 2. It is highly unlikely Cheif is on Reach based on the trailer footage being as Reach hasn't been reterraformed yet(At the ending scenes of Reach you find out when) Not to mention it looks a lot more like The Ark then Reach, glassing doesn't exactly make planets sandy. 3. It would be interesting to see MC working with a forerunner A.I since Cortana is gone 4. Cortana has been with us for 4 games. She is too important to just loose. He will be looking for a way to bring her back. 5. I wouldn't recommend anyone believing theories at the moment. Seeing as the only thing we have is a teaser trailer.
