    It looks like a picture of forge world from reach. I think it could possibly be blood gulch. The sniper ridge would be the left rock and the cave would be the right rock. You can even see an island in the background like it was in reach. It is either concept art or a picture of a blood gulch remake.

    I do not like how you have to be a certain distance from an object to hold it. You can not get close to a col. wall and grab it because it will shoot you back 20 feet. I wish the controls felt more like halo reach with the additional updates such as the highlighting and duplication/magnets.

    Yeah. It makes forge more artistic and makes that atmosphere a lot more manipulable. I hate how some bases are just weird setups for cover instead of holding any important place for intel or reason for it's importance.

    I miss - Security Helmet - Hayabusa Shoulders - Rogue Helmet I hope these return along with all of the helmets from halo 3.

    Small changes such as the maps and the ability to sprint will definitely make the game faster paced. I do not think the game ending earlier (by a minute or less) really effects how the game feels. Yeah it feels a lot faster than halo reach and I kind of like that. 343 is not expected to cater to everyone's needs. It seems you are the only one who has a problem with the games being a little bit shorter than usual. Even though the slayer is now 10 kills longer.

    Well there is always the "why not?" question. Why wouldn't we want another forge map? Sandbox was a great forging environment for halo 3 and I would love to see it back. however it is not very necessary. - The flat sand-dune layout is very small and would not work well with sprint. - Aerial area covered by impacts larger space - Enclosed area covered by inner erosion space

    The banshee is one of the most fair aircraft that is usable in halo 4. A falcon or hornet would be ok in my opinion. But larger things like pelicans and phantoms would be too much for the game to handle, especially in multiplayer. And Warthogs do run on H2. So busting open those tanks would probably just make a puddle of water. Let's see what the new xbox can do and where we can go from there. That is where I see halo forge changing a lot because of new capabilities that they can now include that they wanted to in halo 4 but couldn't. I hope for some larger maps (not necessarily forge world large) but large enough to make good linear dominion maps without having to make it an aerial structure.

    Nice thread you have here. I like ravine the most because of the lighting. Impact is annoying to me because of the backgound noise it has. I do not use the terrain often because I prefer structural maps. Erosions pieces are very unappealing too. Magnets also do not always work well and they sometimes work wrong in actual games. I think the best thing they put in was the object highlighting and duplication.
