i think the idea is that after the grenade lands, the needles fire out from it in all directions. Not like a sticky grenade

wait wait wait!! hold up everything!! :excl: bungie made the end of halo reach. They probably had no idea that 343 industries would take over halo and make any sort of sequel. I dont think they would end up connecting in any way because the two companies wouldnt have communicated when making the ending for halo reach. Its possible that 343 could base some of their story off of where bungie ended, but its not that likely

hey, i just noticed something thats really cool. Look at the cover of Halo: Primordium and compare it to the picture up top i think the images look very similar and the ships look the same to me. Since primordium is about the forerunners, we can assume the ones in your pic are forerunner as well

ummmmm, i dont know if anyone has even seen a female sangheili before......what the heck would it look like.....?.....better yet, how would its voice compare to the male elites?? i think it would be easiest if the guest just ended up the same as party host. it may not solve the porblem, but other solutions may make things more complicated than they need to be

no, the Infinity was EMPed(the orange glow thing) and crashed on Requiem. Del Rio wants to make it functional again, and if he does, it will give the Didact a way to get off Requiem. Since the Infinity utilizes forerunner technology, the Didact would want to use that instead of a covenant ship. I think chief and cortana want to destroy the Infinity or something like that, but we dont know yet......well Del Rio was talking like a captain and saying "i wont risk my ship" . Remember, the Infinity was repurposed to seek peace so its not heavily equiped for combat. Del Rio sounds like he just wants to get off Requiem as soon as possible without a fight. Cheif probably wants to use the Infinity for combat purposes or as a large bomb or something

thats a good observation with the ships. I would assume they are forerunner......maybe the Didact's followers who survived the fireing of the rings?? otherwise, theyre probably covenant. But i would like to get this book. Does anyone know if it comes with the LE??

finally, someone with the same opinion as me. I think the gender should be based off of your xbox avatar. I would think almost all guys have male avatars, so they would end up with male spartans. Likewise with girls

ya i thought about this. the creator of the mode and map could give themselves a huge advantage without anyone else knowing. It would be like boosting for them

a smoke grenade would be interesting, but I like the idea of the warp grenade. I used to play a game called Lost Planet 2, and there was something similar to that. You would throw the grenade and it would open up a portal, then another portal would open up a different part of the map. You can then travel between them as you please. I also had a thought about the trait zones that you can use in forge world. What if there was a grenade that created a trait zone in the area around it. Like you could assist your teamates and throw an overshield grenade in the area around them

maybe it will have something to do with spartan ops. The first season takes place like 4 months after the halo 4 ending, but maybe season 2 will involve making a return to reach or something

here watch this vid but i'm sure cheif wont die in halo 4. He is the main character and you have to think about what the future halos will be like. I also hope he doesnt die in halo 6..... maybe it will be like star wars and chief will find an apprentice who will end up as the new main character

the doc was correct. Halo reach didnt come out on PC and there is a third person view in theater mode

343 has said there will be four grenade types in halo 4. So far we have seen the frag grenade, plasma grenade, and what appears to be a promethean grenade. We havent heard any info or seen any gameplay with this 4th grenade yet. this is just a topic to put up some ideas of what you would want the grenade to be like. Would you want it to be a returning spike grenade?? or would it be something completely new? post some of your ideas and i will leave my own below i would like to see a motion activated grenade, almost like a trip mine. After you throw it, it would have to land on the ground(no sticks) and i would remain stationary. It will only detonate if an opponent walks within a certain radius of it. It could also deal damage to vehicles that drive over it. It could be used to defend key areas and set traps for those who arent carefull

exactly. we know for sure Guilty Spark is refering to the Didact, and the Didact is a threat to humanity. In the cutscene, chief says something like "if we let him leave, we put humanity at risk" or something like that. humans are Reclaimers, and it all fits together perfectly. so we know the Didact wants to escape Requiem using the Infinity, and he is also an enemy. But in the live action trailer, the orange prometheans keep chief alive and knock him out in the end. They are probably controlled by the Didact because the Didact's symbol has been shown as glowing orange. I just wonder why he wants chief alive.......what does he need him for......?

i feel that any first person views in vehicles restrict your visuals. I like being able to see in a wide range in front of me and on the sides a bit

maybe we'll get lucky and they give us an option to use "The Ghost of Sgt. Johnson" voice
