EK posted a screenshot of Pengu's Traitor Confirmation a while back, and everyone seemed to ignore it until later on (even then I don't think everyone knew that Pengu was a Traitor). Everyone voted randomly, and there was 0 teamwork between the Staff Roles (that I know of). Quite a few people were also afk during critical points of the game.
