JL is hosting Mafia 8.0. In my opinion he hosted the best Mafian games and when me/John were preparing this one we looked back on JL(or at least I did) on the kind of host I wanted to be. 

 

Delpen9/Yang can host 9.0.

To know the answer

 

Memory will help us

To help us identify - Identify the plant for the seed

But what we know has been planted before

Long before our incarnation - before we became reliant

 

To sow is to remember

The root is our seed

The root is our limit

The root is what defines our judgement

The root branches into a plant

 

We will take the plant for harvest

but not the root

 

Those who know may take the root

and indulge in the potato

the carrot

the onion

the cabbage

 

Not what is shabby

 

But roots take time to grow

We must create them with honest work

 

If time is not at hand

We settle for the feast of the stem and flower

 

Trees are the massive infrastructures

Fruits of society, might be said

 

Corn is a seperate such idea

Without knowing the root

The husk is enjoyed

This is what it means to induce 

 

This is mafia

A game where -- without understanding the rudimentary ideas, the root -- we make the best decision possible.

It is much easier to imagine the millions of possibilities that led up to an event

but more rigid in prediction 

 

Thought are wrong all the time

Thoughts can be misleading

Pride of the possibilities

 

Find patterns

Don't accuse 

 

Thoughts will lead you astray 

Patterns will not

Just saying - If you guys wanna co-host, I'd be perfectly happy to do it as well; in fact, I'd encourage somebody taking on a co-host role. After all, you get to learn as well how to host better! That, and I do have other responsibilities as well (Not here, though; I think too low of myself [and so does everybody else] to actually have a significant responsiblity lol) so it'd alleviate some of the workload.

Delpen9 called it first, so the right thing to do is to let him say if he wants to host or not: which he confirmed he didn't want to.

 

Still, completely disregarding him for some other guy isn't right.

The problem with calling dibs is we can get into another situation where it takes forever to get the game started because the person who called dibs is absent.
