I Can't Play The Campaign PLEASE HELP

For some odd reason i cant play the campaign. I have installed disc 2. All i can do is watch the Prologue. Its SuPER annoying because i was so excited to play it. PLEASE HELP ME.

Restart your console and try again.

 

If that doesn't work then re-install it.
