The Flood in Halo 4

343 Industries released earlier today that the Flood will be in Halo 4. Along with the announcement, there came an especially detailed screenshot at what can only be speculated to be the new look for the Flood Combat Form.

 

 

At first glance, they appear to be infected Spartan-IV's or ODSTs. The armor is suggestive of either, and if you look closely at the face you can see the outlines where the helmet may or may not be. The armor is very thin, so that could make them marines. Spectacular attention to detail, however. The only issue I see is that they all look exactly the same (with the exception of armor color). While not exactly a huge problem, some variation would have been well-accepted.

Ah, so Alphas will be back better and more yellow than ever! (Hopefully the colors are customizable with this though xD)

Alphas should be yellow and the infected ones should be green...orange doesnt really make much sense

We know this is old news. He was stating here that waypoint put this in the war games section of their new rendered images which I think is great because I wanted to see a better picture of these things. Now I am hating to play as human and not Flood.
