  1. I've been waiting to reply to this. MCC is BACK AND IT'S HONESTLY SO GOOD. My friend and I love running Halo 3 like we used to. It feels just like it did on 360. The hit reg takes some getting used to because it's not as dead accurate as Halo 5 of course but when you do get back into it you can really feel it. The new menu backdrops are wonderful, you find games quicker than ever. I'm a full on Halo kid again.
  2. Beautiful work. I gotta admit, I'm very novice when it comes to ships. I thought that was a Halcyon class because it appeared similar to the Pillar of Autumn class to me.
  3. Oh my this is difficult. These questions have been very stimulating lately and I'm loving it! I gotta go with a legendary Covie vessel: Rtas 'Vadum's Shadow of Intent
  4. Oh boy to what extent... I think we'd be looking at worst case scenario here. Without the Great Schism I think they would've fired Delta Halo thus wiping Humanity and themselves out. I imagine some survivors would be written in
  5. I meant colony in reference to the entire planet. I believe that as Humanity and the UEG's biggest military stronghold, that qualifies it as the most fortified in terms of defenses. There seem to be more orbital space stations around Earth than orbital MAC cannons.
  6. @@UNSC Spartan-II The underlying point I was trying to make was that infinity would've been a strong weapon for Humanity but even so, finished before 2557 or not, it would not have been enough for the Covenant. it was almost destroyed by a single Covenant space station's glassing cannon. Also Reach was the most heavily fortified colony under the UEG despite Earth being our homeworld. Reach was our military stronghold. @@RedStarRocket91 Game canon is all canon
  7. It wasn't ready to be commissioned until 2557. The war with the Covenant wouldn't have ended in 2552 had it not been for the Great Schism. I just don't know if Humanity would've been able to stop Delta Halo from firing or, if they did, survive long enough to see the date in which Blue Team and Dr. Halsey were released from the Dyson Sphere.
  8. The simple answer is no. Granted there were many other factors that would eventually come to pass that would make it seem like it would be possible, they weren't happening at the same time. We wouldn't see the UNSC Infinity for another 4 years and some months meaning all of our ships would still pale in comparison. Not to mention, The Covenant were fighting with the Banished during the war. Master Chief is the best but he wouldn't have met the Arbiter had he never defected
  9. Hi Hayden bb welcome to the site finally. You've come at a good time!

  11. Hostilities aside, external hard drives are pretty cheap nowadays. A 1TB should do you well.
  12. Last week's Canon Fodder dubbed "That's So Raven" was focused on the new action arcade game by 343: Fireteam Raven. Some might know and some may not but Fireteam Raven was present on Installation 04 while the Master Chief was off killing hundreds of Covenant and Flood beings on his own. Surely that wasn't a man-made cave. I loved the background tidbits about each member to bring a little more to their character. I have yet to experience the game however. The Canon Fodder also brought these great images: Full "That's So Raven" Cannon Fodder link here: https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/news/thats-so-raven
  13. This is really difficult and I've been thinking about this since the post went up. I can name so many Sangheili in the universe that have great stories and why they could be anyone's favorites... My favorite will have to be Thel 'Vadam however. More commonly known as The Arbiter, leader of the Swords of Sanghelios. A fearless leader with the rage of 5 Sangheili warriors. He knows peace is what is right for the Elites and doesn't let pride get in the way of that which is very unlike the other Sangheili. One of the only people in the Haloverse that can call Master Chief, "friend."
  14. It's the Sangheili. Warrior culture based on honor. The most noble of all the Covenant species by far.
  15. Hey Ragin Pagan! Welcome to the site!
  16. Installation 01 is the only fan-made Halo game with a forum here because for a while, we were the official forum for discussing I01 online. Also, our Site Mod, Church, is a project lead there . This doesn't mean we don't like other games. I personally think SPV3 and Project Contingency look like awesome games, they just weren't official partners like our I01 bois.
  17. Hey welcome Ash! Hope you enjoy!
  18. It’s hard to say right now but speculations have it that the Flood could make an appearance in Halo Infinite. Installation 07, where the game takes place, has a huge history involving the Flood, Mendicant Bias, and even the Primordial- an ancient Precursor/Gravemind. I think with a return to older art style, we could also see a return to older enemies. I would say the focus would more likely be on Brutes since we have so many Elite allies now but there are a few factions of Sangheili I can name that 343 can write into the mix.
  19. I surely hope so. Granted, I wouldn’t put it past the devs to think of a story that has them on some other mission.
  20. Should’ve also mentioned Red is retired but meh... Jk I’ve been putting something special together
  21. Hello everyone! I am pleased to announce that we are adding two members to the Staff here to help ensure our little corner of the Haloverse stays happy and healthy. On our News Group: weighing in at a half ton including a Mjolnir GEN II powersuit, it’s UNSC Spartan II!! Spartan has been providing us with discussion for months now taking over the Weekly Site Poll. He is a valuable asset as one of our newest Staff members. *One Final Effort intensifies.* And joining the boys in blue on the mod squad, it’s Sikslik! Slik is a long-time Staffer previously coordinating events and streaming games. He’s shown me, personally, a lot of his passion that he still holds for our site and we know he will continue this as a C-Mod. Please everyone give them a nice congrats. On top of this big announcement I just want to add that we are in the process of brainstorming for site updates and you can expect to see some in the future. Heart you all and hail Twam.
  22. After years of Community Moderator service, it's my pleasure to announce that Church is this site's newest Site Moderator. We're putting a lot of work in behind the scenes to reintroduce the site to the public as the social hub it's meant to be and this is another necessary and long-deserved step in the process. For the uninformed, Church is also a project lead on the beautiful upcoming fan-made Halo tribute game - Installation 01. So please give your congrats to Church!
