Usable ODST drop pods?

I'm not sure the cruisers thing would work. We don't want this to turn into a starwars battlefront type game

it has been said to have the drop pod section seperate to the rest of the ship, like they did with anchor 9 in reach.

 

and the only reson why it would turn into a startwars type game is if we were given the 'force' and 'lightsabres' and we're a long way off that yet...

That would be neat but there would definitely have to be some sort of vehicle to Drop them. Like a over head frigate as earlier stated in the forum.
