well i think it would be the Arbitor becasue he was in halo 3 and he did not die... i dont think it will be just 2 spartains.

 

Frank O'Connor, Kiki Wolfkill, and BS Angel confirmed Arbiter is not in Halo 4 and the other players in co-op are MC clones

Did you ever play Halo CE or Halo 2? There was only MC...even if there are clones of MC, it is still a MC experience, not a Spartan IV experience.

but now we have the the capabilities to insert another skin even if player 2 just plays as a marine

Yeah but player 2 deserves as much of a MC experience as player 1 does, thus MC clones
