  1. In the first screenshot, I think you made the two inclined blocks too steep. I see some other issues with the map that I can only confirm once I get to be in the map. So I'll give this a download so I can get a closer look at it. Expect feedback from me soon.

  10. The map looks very...dark and bland. Even with the colors. Could you post an overview of the map? One with the weapons and spawns marked. You can use THIS to help in making the overview.

  14. Hey guys. I'm happy to let you know that the Sharpshooter gametype from COD has been modded into Halo 4. If you don't know what Sharpshooter is, it's basically a gametype that makes everyone have the same gun and the weapons cycle every few seconds.   15. Nice overview image and title pic. But back to the map, I noticed that you haven't colored your map. I highly suggest doing so. Just don't overdo it. I think some areas of the map could use a little more cover but I can't say for sure until I can play on it. So I'll give it a DL and take a look in Forge.
  16. I remember playing this. It was a very fun map with good verticality and aesthetics. I'm not too sure if I like the sightlines or not though. I'll give it another look
  17. Alright I finally got the chance to get a closer look at the map. Note that the map I downloaded is Celerity V2. Not V1. Also note that this feedback is based on walking around the map in Forge mode. I wasn't able to get a game on it because most of my friends were offline and those that were online were playing something else. _____________________________________________ - In the sea foam colored area of the map, there's an area where you used 5x5 blocks as ramps. I suggest doing something about the fact that players can see, through a hole, that the map is floating. This doesn't really affect gameplay. This is something for the look of the map. If you can, try to put railings there to make it harder for players to fall off the map. - There's Z fighting near the area where sea foam and red meet. - There are holes in the map that players can see through. __________________________________________________ You may have noticed that I don't have much gameplay feedback. That's cause I didn't see much issues that the map would have on gameplay. I like the map's verticality and the sightlines seem fair and good. I also love the jump from bottom blue to top purple. Perhaps if I got a game on the map, I'd have things to say about gameplay but for now, this is what I got. Send me an invite if you're ever testing.
  18. In my experience, maps with unique layouts make for better and much more interesting gameplay. Square maps get boring. Try to make a map with a unique layout and see if you can feel any changes in gameplay.
  19. Alright, I finally got to walk around the map in Forge. First of all, - If you're using windows as walls, make sure that players won't see the overextended pieces outside the map. It just becomes an eyesore. - I also think you could've colored the wings of the map differently. - I noticed that a lot of the ramps in the map are very thin. It'd be better if you make these wider. - You could make do with a little bit more cover on the ground. - I also noticed I'd also suggest raising the cover pieces at red and blue so that if players crouch they can act as cover. ______________________________________________________ But despite all of that, I'm actually pretty pleased with the map. I especially like the tac jumps you put. They looked and felt very natural. Plus the map is made on Ravine. And I love Ravine's pallet. Send me an invite if you're ever testing this map again.
