You don't understand... Halo 4 matchmaking is Spartan IV training. It is a virtual combat system that allows spartans to practice everything with each other, aboard the Infinity . It was not posible to include elites, despite the sadness itll cause.

Yes and no. Elites, because of the way the story Is tied to multiplayer, will not be in matchmaking. However, they will be playable in forge and custom games.

Now now, there are other means of dealing with this. There are different playlists free to play on, swat isn't the only one. Just play something different. Also, I think that you have made your decisions a bit drastically. There is no need to not buy their new game, simply because of what happened here. You never know, Halo 4 could turn out as the best game ever made, and you'd miss out. I'm not accusing of anything, I'm just opening up alternate options for you to consider

I hate it when everybody says that, just because of a few minor changes that are remotely similar to cod, that they instantly say and assume that is going to be exactly the same. Not so. We get information on things such as custom loadouts, and people automaticallly start thinking only of the negatives and start saying why they would be a terrible idea, and why it is supposedly too much like cod, when really, not only cod has custom loadouts, but first person shooters everywhere. Singleing out one game in particular, seems not very fair, does it? The problem is that people just won't accept changes. They want the same old gameplay all the way back from CE. But I will say, without change, even the most diehard of halo players will get bored of the same gameplay for ten straight years. I know I would. This is why cod failed miserably a long time ago; they brought nearly the EXACT same thing to every game that they have made. So... People say that they don't want halo becoming cod due to these changes. Well, consider this. Halo is halo, because of its diversity and how unique it is. This is all due to changes and tweaks in multiplayer gameplay. Without these changes, halo will be the same thing every time, and will go down to the bottom of the barrel with cod. So, if anything is going to make halo cod, its LACK of change. We do not want that. We need to keep halo a unique, unsurpassed series, which brings endless entertainment to hundreds of thousands. Millions. Lets keep it that way, and stop complaining about the changes, learn to adapt to them like the rest of us. -Bullet

It's funny, because this entire thread was created to try to change their decision. Which, in fact, they will not. Why do you think they made this change in the first place? They would not do it if the community was objecting. Obviously, their were many more requests for the removal of the two maps, as opposed to those of you here raging at the decision. Deal with it, and just play the game, there is nothing here you will be able to do. I find this is just like the scenarios with the halo 4 leaks. Everyone is complaining, saying that they won't buy it, saying it's turning into cod, et cetera. I'm sick of it. This included. You guys refuse to accept changes, so you just decide to take it out on 343 and supporters of these changes. And another reminder; these changes were the communities decision. There are people that wanted this. I'm not trying to rip at anybody in particular, hey I'm not trying to start anything. Sorry for disobeying your direct words, but... It's your connection. This happens to me, and it's always my connection, and hey, I (well, my parents), pay a significant amount of money for good Internet. Just use a wired connection, and almost all of your problems are gone. I say almost, because sometimes, with me, it still doesn't receive the signal. Yours will probably be different, but just try it, as it will likely work. Hope I helped

I don't know, people just customize their armor to fit their tastes... In their eyes it is nessisary, I guess.
