Still looking for a few more to check out so please feel free to post your clan

I'm looking for something casual because I'm not much of a fan of being blamed for every little thing that goes wrong (past experiences hah) I also like to spend time playing other games and my last clan basically forced me to only play Halo so nothing like that. I've only been playing Spartan Ops lately because it just hasn't been much fun to play alone. If it's at all relevant I'm 18 and my Slayer K/D is 2.45 but like I said it's been awhile since I last played war games. If you can please let me know what your clan requirements are with your reply. Hopefully I'll be able to find a good group of friends. Thanks for reading.

They didn't really add anything and they never said they would. They simply tweaked a few aspects of Reach's multiplayer.

I agree to a certain extent. Also part of why Halo isn't always mentioned is because it can't really be compared to anything because it has a completely original style compare to things like Call of Duty and Battlefield

Actually in an interview with one of the 343i members I saw, he said anyone who thought that Master Chief was using a jetpack, he basically implied they didn't know what they were talking about lol It was actually just a booster type of thing used for zero gravity movement.

I disagree with how you are claiming you "buy" your way up the ranks, because it's not like you get credits and purchase ranks. The credits themselves act as experience points. I also disagree with the removal of the assassinations because you don't have to perform them. You just have to not hold down the trigger and I personally thought they felt pretty rewarding when you manage to pull one off. All in all though you make some great points.

Also just FYI I am not talking down on CoD I am just saying it would become a bit unbalance in the same way a new CoD player is at a disadvantage compared to someone who has been playing long time because he hasn't ranked enough to get the better perks or guns.

I am a little afraid of this idea because it would be come a bit too much like Call of Duty in the sense that you would be at a disadvantage just because you don't play as much as the next guy and it would be far too unfair.

Too be totally honest I never liked the old 1-50 setup. I actually prefer the current credit system and hope they keep it. I also enjoy doing the challenges for credits. I am far more motivated to rank now than I ever was in Halo 2 or 3. To each his own right?

I read somewhere that this one was confirmed as being a fake. Wish I could remember where though. It wasn't too long ago so I suppose a quick search through my history and I can probably find the website.

Awesome sig, didn't think anyone remembered old school Oddworld. On topic: I kinda like the menu but at the same time the current menu has always been nice and simple enough.

I personally don't want to see them put too much focus on MLG. I'd hate to see them develop matchmaking based around the few people who take the game a bit too seriously for my taste. Also playing in competitive doesn't mean you are automatically competitive. I also don't want to see the Halo community split up just because a few people don't like the current MLG setup.

I kinda hate the the idea of blowing a spartan to pieces or slicing him in half. Sounds far too much like Gears of War Besides I kind of assumed that the spartan's armor held him together when hit by an explosive. An example would be the live action trailer for Halo: Reach where Kat get's hit by a banshee bomb and loses her arm. I would think no matter how traumatic the damage was on the body itself, the armor would keep you from being blown to pieces.

Defiant and noble maps are in the other playlists too. Although not very common which sucks but premium battle is the playlist for ALL DLC not just the other two map packs so I am not surprised if they require you to now have the anniversary map pack. Kinda like when the Noble map pack came out it had it's own playlist then when defiant came out you suddenly needed both, so now that anniversary is here, you need all three.

Wow, I definitely like and I am looking forward to it. So is the 20th the set date for the update? Or is it simply speculation?

I guess I am the minority on this one but I liked the DMR. Not sure why, but I liked the single fire. Not to say that I didn't like the BR though because I will always love it.
