Nothing to do eh? How about remastering Halo 2 entirely? What about the cutscenes and terminals? It's not as simple as putting a picture over the real thing at all. "Taking care" of the multiplayer isn't a walk in the park either. 343i has to incorporate 5 different games (Halo 2 Anniversary included) into one game. In other words put all the games that had seperate discs (Halo 4 even having 2) into one disc and include the anniversary additions as well. Make it so you can switch between all diffrent games almost seamlessly adds another level of difficulty. I'd like to see anyone who thinks they can do it better do it. The lag you're experiencing now might not be server sided. It might be you, the host (since there are no dedicated servers untill things are sorted) or someone else in your game. The reason for uneven teams is because of the very bug causing all of this and originates from switching between or possibly switching between all games. The reason for more than the max amount of players in a server is part of a temporary solution to at least improve matchmaking times. In the end all of this is being sorted out as we speak and 343i will not stop working on it untill it is fixed.

That's Halo 2 mechanics, nothing can and will be done about it. Honestly I'm getting quite annoyed by people complaining about stuff being broken in the Halo games themselves. They shipped all games exactly as they shipped on their release dates! Get it?!

Keep your distance and keep shooting! Use the friendly Elites as meatshields. Watch out for the Brute reinforcements that come from time to time. And if you're really struggling there is a way to get a Banshee inside of there, just search it up on the youtubes.

What I mkeant by that line is that CoD hasn't really changed their game that much before Advanced Warfare, thus copy/pasting their own game. About the copying from other games, each game implements features that might be similair to other games, but they all have their own unique twist.

Nobody is copying anyone here. Call of Duty was simply happened to be the first that implemented some things that are quite common. And it worked quite well. Funny thing is that Bungie was actually planning to implement loadouts in Halo 2 but couldn't because they bum rushed it so hard. Wonder how people would look at loadouts in Halo 2 now if were to be implemented...

The only real problem I had with it is this I hate this almost more that the Boltshot in Halo 4

If you've been paying attention (which you clearly haven't) you would have seen that 343i posted an explaination of why there are so little playlists. I'm sure you've seen the server problems and to counteract that 343i removed some playlists so the population wouldn't be spread too thin in order to find a game. As soon as the server issues are settled 343i will include more playlists and ranking.

Why do people keep insisting on having a Halo 2.5/3.5? That's called copy/pasting and that's what CoD actually does. In order for a fun game 343i has to move forward instead of pumping out the same thing over and over again. And let's not forget that both Halo 2 and Halo 3 had major problems that are often looked over or hidden away behind nostalgia. BxR for example over the years has been turned into more of a feature because of nostalgia but was actually a major flaw in the game. Not to forget the most rediculous spawns ever. Me and RSR were playing some games and spawned right beside eachother while we were playing a 1v1. I actually spawned into enemy BR fire, me screen was still black and I already got hit! Halo 3 hadn't much better spawns either and we shall not even speak of the host advantage and lag. What 343i is doing is progressing the franchise instead of clinging onto the lucky formula that Bungie created. Learn to handle it. PS: 4 shotting is still a thing!

He seems to be under some kind of influence. The moment he begins to doubt the prophets he descends into some kind of madness and emerges believing again after. Quite strange indeed. I'd love more species in the games themselves. This can serve as a party than can either be ally, neutral or hostile towards Humans and Covenant alike.

You paid 60 dollars for Halo CE Anniversary, Halo 2 Anniversary, Halo 3 and Halo 4 all in one disc. All of them have multiplayer options. You get Halo: Nightfall and the Halo 5 beta. 60 dollars is no cash at all for all this. Sure the Multiplayer isn't working correctly as of now but 343i is working 24/7 to keep the servers that support Halo CE, Halo 2, Halo 3 and Halo 4 running. Cut them some slack will you? PS: Searching while typing this actually got me into a game.

Thank you for not throwing a huge fit about all the bugs and for actually being patient I have however not encountered any large frame drops. Maybe because I haven't played that much multiplay, but still... The Jackal snipers in Halo 2 Anniversary are l33t 360 noscope pro's that kill in one shot. Redonculous! I want my money back!

1. The crashes are not 343i 's fault, Ms is to blame but they're working hard on a fix. 2. This is a known issue that's being worked on. I suggest custom games for now as they work fine. 3. The game mechanics haven't changed from their original game. Melee has been set to 3 to make double beatdowns less viable. 4. Again a known issue that's being adressed 5. Ranks drop and rise based on performance. Although Ive not encountered complete resets.

It might just be your own connection. Most people have downloaded it without issues.

343i left all glitches that were in the original game.
