I know a lot of people hated it because it was basically Assault on the Control Room in reverse, but for me it just felt the way Halo should - overcoming impossible odds across a giant map, facing two enemy forces meaning you constantly had to adapt your tactics, low on supplies and no help in sight... darn difficult, but so rewarding. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I would have to say "the covenant" from halo 3, because you got introduced to the hornet, and went on a long assault on tower 1 and 3 and eventually got to see what would happen to the prophet of truth. plus, fighting 2 scarabs was really fun and an "oh shi-" moment. that mission i loved ever since i first played it. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Oh and the Scorpion! I think that was the only missioin where you first play as the scorpion...cant remember...Plus I'm pretty sure every weapon and rideable vehicle was in that. Halo 2:The Great Journey. I love the arbiter plus he got the final mission where the universe depended on his skills to stop Tartarus. Halo 3: Every level except Cortana.
