Banned for literally no reason at all

Ok so i literally got the game yesterday and started playing live today i have donr nothing and i mean nothing wrong. There was one time i was idle for literally 5 seconds because i was being invited to a chat but that was it.

 

I dont wanna be a ***** and i certainly dont just quit in the middle of games but if this is how its gonna be why play if im gonna be banned for no reason.

Well first off, 5 seconds is definitely not right. You were immobile for much longer.

 

There's no real way to tell I'd someone quits by inactivity, rage or for valid reasons so you fall under the same category for a ban.

This is false, standing still for 5 seconds absolutely doesn't disconnect you. Kakashi is correct, you must have been away for quite some time in order to be disconnected for AFK. As far as the ban goes I see it as being valid, you let your team down by going AFK and letting them score easy kills. You absolutely should be banned. Just wait it out by playing a different game and come back and actually play the game.

Well I couldn't fin anything suspicious in your recent game history (other than going 1-17 K/D in on game) but can you tell us what you got banned for? Usually you get a pop-up telling you what you did wrong.

Also, if it's your first ban it shouldn't last much longer than 30 minutes or so.
