VinWarrior
The new DLC for Assassin's Creed Unity, Dead Kings, has been shown off in a new trailer and a release date announcement! While Assassin's Creed Unity stumbled a bit at launch, as of the current date the game has seen many improvements and even an awesome apology by Ubisoft, the free expansion Dead Kings. GameSpot.com showcased a new cinematic trailer for the expansion which gave attention to the brand new Guillotine Gun and the underground caverns of Saint Denis, where many dead French royalty are held. Arno Dorian, now much older bearing appearance to Ezio in Revelations, must uncover secrets buried beneath the graves of the Dead Kings (see what I did there?) and discover details left behind by the First Civilization, an interesting new twist. Arno will have to knock heads with many Raiders before he can reach these ruins though as they scavenge the dead for their loot. Ubisoft revealed the DLC would feature a new open world to explore and some side-missions to complete as well, which is pretty good for a free compensation DLC. The expansion will launch next week on the 13th and will be free of charge to anyone who owns the main game. Personally, I thought Unity was an overall good experience with some unfortunate launch issues that kept it from being a purchase, but now I definitely recommend the game simply due to it's amazing recreation of Paris and some phenomenal visuals, even with a bland campaign and decent characters and side-quests. What is you guys' opinions on the main game if you've played it, and are you excited for Dead Kings? Let me know down below, and thanks for reading ladies and gents. Ash
Unity's buggy launch really turned me off from playing it, but hopefully Dead Kings can bring me back, I'd really like to enjoy AC:U.
Connor Kenway
just a quick note Ed Arno isn't really that much older than he was in the main game like the dlc is 2 years after the main game ends, so I wouldn't really compare his age to that of Ezio's. Arno better be able to use that face mask in-game like Shay and Aiden could in AC Rogue and Watch_Dogs since they showed it in the trailer for Dead Kings. Axilus Prime
Oh, I remember Shao Jun from that mini movie about Ezio's final days. This should be interesting then.
Caboose The Ace
^ ^ I thought Ubisoft was no longer doing the Unity season pass. The China game and Dead kings was in the season pass and is free I think. People who brought the season pass got a free game.
Halo6 Follower
Can't wait! This DLC looks pretty promising so far.

AC Chronicles: China never got announced to be free only Dead Kings. 3. Exactly my point if they released the dlc all for free that would make the Season Pass pretty much worthless which is why when they made 1 dlc free they gave a free game and discontinued the Season Pass. Caboose The Ace
^ ^ Ac unitys launch was a fail. So as compensation to make up for the failed launch...... Ubisoft gave every Unity owner the new Dead kings dlc for free. But if you brought the season pass you can get a number of free ubisoft games ( one per person )
Axilus Prime
Oh, I see. That makes sense then. Though naturally that would be useless to a super diehard Ubisoft fan, who obviously would have bought Black Flag, Watch Dogs, and Unity already, along with the season pass. Still, the number of people who benefit from this is far greater, and I don't see the diehards having their faith shaken by it anyway.
Halo6 Follower
If anyone was wondering, the games that you can get for free from the season pass is as follows: The Crew Far Cry 4 AC: Black Blag Rayman Legends Just Dance 2015 If you ask me, Far Cry 4 wouldn't be so bad to get for free. I know it also had a multitude of bugs at launch, but i believe it has been patched pretty heavily to fix them.
Axilus Prime
Oh wait, Ubisoft made all those games? Never mind then, seems like a good deal all around.
Caboose The Ace
^ Its one game per person so you get to choose one of those games for free. ( If this clears it up at all )
Axilus Prime
No problem, I did know that much. I would be very surprised if they were giving away all of them.
