It's called a death-cam, and it was a quick simple install. But I agree, it does make it look like the kill was modded and to accurate.

It's not a ranking system, more of a skill comparing system. Makes you fight enemies of the same skill

Default.. it's halo reach style except 3 things were switched/added. (Sprint added, crouch switched, grenades switch switched)

Impact isn't small. It's actually a big map, you can go further outside the boundary then you think you can. -

I'm pretty sure a well coordinated team would also back up the vehicle of the field. Both teams get a Mantis too, it works both ways.

Actually, at the end of Halo 4 he takes control of the Infinity. As he says to chief when chief asked about Andrew Del Rio "We didn't take a liking to his kind."

Mantis is already the winner of the field. On Ragnarok, if you have both mantis you win. Now if you look at it this way, think of the people abusing it? Evading Splasers at last second, avoiding jacking; that'd make it way to OP and the most dangerous thing on the field.
