    I'm hoping that we'll be able to customize our armor for each game and that DLC armors will be unlockable by completing achievements or commendations. As for the gametypes, I'd love to see some of the original (Halo) Trilogy's gametypes that the community loved come back.

    Great summary Screech, I'm really excited for the Master Chief Collection it's very, very impressive to see what 343 has done in bringing all of this together and even adding new things like Forge for Halo 2! Also, the remastered Halo 2 maps look Amazing!

    The Master Chief Collection definitely made watching the E3 worth it. It was unexpected and a very pleasant surprise. I was looking forward to Battlefront but was a bit disappointed when such little information was released. I'm excited by what I saw, but still a bit disappointed because I was expecting more gameplay.

    Yes, all the games will be the exact same but visually enhanced. Also, all the multiplayer maps (including DLC maps) will be included in the new game.

    It'll be just like Halo CE Anniversary Edition. As far as I know, that means it will be the exact same if you switch to the original graphics. If you ever played Halo CE Anniversary's campaign, it will be the same.

    I believe you can purchase Halo CE on the XBL Arcade, I know you can on the 360, because I currently have it, but I'm not sure about the Xbox One. If you're referring to the Master Chief Collection, then you can expect the same experience as Halo CE Anniversary.

    I think it's likely that they Agent and the Abiter are working together, because if you look at the Agent's visor near the end of the trailer, you can see Arbiter's reflection. I'd suspect it would only be for a few levels, I think every core Halo game should be about Master Chief's story, and focus on him. This means all campaign missions will be unlocked. Everything is unlocked, right from the start- Clarified in an interview to mean the campaign missions.

    I think Search and Destroy along with Rush Slayer would make for great playlist options in matchmaking. Cranked is pretty fun in CoD, but with Halo's kill times being significantly more time consuming, it would be interesting to see how this game mode would play. As for S&D, every game needs a mode with no respawns. All Great ideas!

    We have two images from Halo 5 that have the BR in them. In both of the images the BR is missing a scope, it could be a re-design or a reference to weapon customization, but to say it's nothing, that's ignorant.

    I doubt there will be an anniversary edition for Halo 3, it's been remastered to run in 1080p so it's not really necessary any time in the future.

    All of the Halo 2 maps will be remastered, but 5 maps will be "re-imagined." This likely means that there will be new dynamic features for these maps along with maybe new vehicles. 343i hasn't really released much else except that there are 5 new re-imagined maps, alongside all the remastered maps.

    I'm so hyped for the MCC, this gameplay looks so good. I think it's pretty cool how they added in Forge to Halo 2 as well, I can't wait to see how the forge is going to work with all the different forge modes.

    All of the Halo 2 maps will get 'the anniversary treatment" along with 5 Halo 2 maps that will become "re-imagined" maps. There will be custom game options if you only want to play Halo 2, but no playlist is Halo 2 exclusive. (at this time at least)

    Great spot! I think this leans heavily in favor of either weapon customization, or a new BR in Halo 5. We likely won't know until the demo, when we actually get to jump into matchmaking.

    I'm guessing that you'll be able to edit your armor and have specific armor sets available to use for each game. A few new armors wouldn't hurt either.

    Microsoft had a very strong press conference this year. The Master Chief Collection was easily the strongest portion of their press conference. I'm very excited for this fall. Great recap P34nut!

    The Master Chief Collection was officially announced at E3 during Microsoft's Press Conference, here are the details: The Master Chief Collection will include Halo CE, Halo 2, Halo 3, and Halo 4. The game will be accessed by a master queue that will have all the levels from every campaign unlocked from the very start. There will be specific playlists for playing different levels in a variety of different ways. The Master Chief Collection's multiplayer will run at 1080p, 60 FPS, on dedicated servers. Every map from Halo CE to Halo 4 will be included. That's over 100 multiplayer maps! Along with 4,000 Gamerscore. This includes the ability to switch between the original and updated graphics in Halo CE and Halo 2 and will also be the very first time to play Halo CE Online Multiplayer. (On your Xbox Console) It is also important to note that Halo CE and Halo 2 multiplayer will be the EXACT same as when it first shipped. The Master Chief Collection will also ship with Halo Nightfall and Halo 5: Guardians beta access.
