Good read, definitely worth showing new members. How many threads do we now have on ranks? On armor abilities? On sprinting? Or any other aspect of Halo 4 that's under scrutiny? They just keep popping up, and it's quite frustrating to sort through them, reading the same thing over and over, etc.

Agreed, showing it in Halo 4 would be a bad decision. At the end of 6, if he goes MIA in a blaze of glory, then yes. If he lives, leave well enough alone, I'd rather not know.

But what says Chief is going to be that Hero for the next 20 years? Sure, he's the hero for 4, 5 & 6, but what if he's not around after that?

Amazon is great for getting things cheaply. But, for $120 I got the 250GB, double the price, slightly more than double the storage. Win for me. If I need another HDD for any reason though, Amazon is the way to go. Right now, the 250GB is less than $90 on there. A 320GB is less than $110.

Na, Sparty's got the right of it. Just like the Weekly challenge last week. Free For All Scoring on, play through the mission, die all you want, and at the end save and quit after hitting the reset junction. Fire it up, wait for the mission to end and there you go, free daily challenge without having to be careful on Legendary.

Hey now, dedicated servers have been asked for for YEARS on Halo. Personally, BF3's dedicated servers are awesome. Rarely do I face lag when I play the game, but in half, if not more, of the games I play on Halo, be it 3 or Reach, I face lag. I wouldn't want them to be join in progress in Halo (unless it was only set up in social gametypes and not any sort of ranked). You don't see a problem with lag? Lucky you, others do and are entitled to their opinions.

Agree with Undead and rentless here, if it's while sprinting like Reach, I'm fine with it, but otherwise it would get really annoying really fast. I would have just liked the two comments, but I'm out of likes. :thumbdown:

Yeah, but inviting a friend in the middle of combat wouldn't be the easiest thing. Granted, now you have the option of taking a breather instead of respawning and you could do it then. Maybe. Somebody mentioned earlier about possibiliy only allowing it to choose games will only a few minutes off the clock, say 5, that way there is still a chance to make a comeback and the score won't be drastically out of reach.

You can do it through the 360, like Jester said. Rentless is correct too, so either way you should be able to cancel the automatic renewal. I don't know about removing the card, though. That I think you need to be on xbox.com for.

Ah, fairly close. Yes, it's a steel beam. The numbers corrospond to two items, one being a dimension and the other being a design. The first, in this case, 8, refers to the total depth of the beam. The 31 is how many pounds the beam weighs per linear foot, so in this case, 31lbs.

But I've seen my teammates block the sword multiple times. I didn't think it was possible, either, but I watched one dude block it three times in a row (Team Slayer on Sword Base). No health near him to pick up, he just blocked it.

A full blown map editor would be awesome, I just don't know how feasible it is on the 360, or how well it would work. As for all maps being available to choose from? Like rentless said, a whole team could vote for the same map over and over to get it every time. Granted, a full team even now generally has the choice of what map they want from the choices, as long as they're not facing another full team.

Let me rephrase my original statement for you. Because re-reading it, it's not what it should be. Minus the Halo 2 & 360 thing, I don't think it'll be in 2014. Within the next 10 years, perhaps. That was my intention behind the statement, not what was there. My bad. As for the Halo 2 and 360 thing, I still don't believe it. Not calling you a liar, I just find it hard to believe, from a buisness standpoint, that Microsoft would market a new gaming system with an old game. Now, I could see a retailer doing something like that. Microsoft and multitasking. Yes. They didn't want to split the fan base. True enough. Tell me, why did Certain Affinity, and not 343/Microsoft, make the maps for it? You said you'd wait to hear. After saying Halo 4 comes out in 6 months... H2A would come out 2014. So, to make a long story short, let's agree to disagree, shall we? Like I said in my original post, I wouldn't mind a Halo 2 remake. I just personally don't see it happening in the near future.

Firstly, the only known location that Halo 2 was sold with the 360, as a bundle through Microsoft, was in the Phillipines, as far as I'm aware. Is that where you got your 360? Otherwise, show me the original packaging with it stated being sold with Halo 2, cause I can't find anything that agree's with your statement. If somebody else can prove this, by all means please do, I love to be proven wrong. So who told you it's going to happen? Do you have info that we don't? Do you have knowledge that it will be released in 2014? This can work both ways, and surely it does. You stated your opinion that it will come out in 2014. I stated my opinion that it won't, and will more likely be within the next 10 years. Nuff said. Yes, Microsoft can multitask. Just look at CEA. Oh how people raged that it was based on Reach's multiplayer. Now! The important one! The one that I bolded. YOU don't know anymore about a remake than anybody else, either. Proven by the fact that we're both stating our opinions. No need to get snippy with people stating their opinions.

Halo 2 never sold with the 360. Halo 2 was out for the original XBox, not the 360. As for a remake of it? I wouldn't complain, but it is not going to happen, at least not in the near future. Another 10 years down the road, perhaps, but not now, and definitely not in 2014, if you want the original MP experience as well. Too busy worrying about Halo 4 & the new trilogy to go back and worry about remaking H2.
