Here are images and info from the latest issue of Xbox Magazine. i dont think he just means the change of their equipment, i think he means their actual physical appearance, like the grunts have always had an exoskeletin, were this one looks more reptilian

When the HBO Go app launched on Xbox 360 in March, cable providers Comcast, Time Warner and Bright House did not support it. Now, all of them do. Comcast was the first provider to support the app a few weeks after. Today, Time Warner and Bright House are on board, too. " Believe it or not, we really, really do want our customers to enjoy the content they love on as many devices as possible," said Jeff Simmermon of Time Warner. "We take the 'any content, any device' mantra seriously, and we’re delivering on it this week in spades."

the dawn has looked different since the teaser trailer, most likely just new visual design.

well you could say all of the above, first of all in the teaser we see the forward unto dawn exploding, also the force of it entering the world's amosphere and colliding into the ground would be causing it too, but not so much the chief himself also causing the covenant cruiser to blow up. when MC and the covenant are bust fighting each other both ships have got could in the force of the shield world and caused them to crashe and be destroyed
