Yes, love it. 6 body shots to deplete shield, 3 to kill. 4 consecutive headshots to deplete shield and two shots to the head to kill. Maybe the headshots could be adjusted but body shots seem pretty balanced to me. Rate of fire would also have to be slightly slower to prevent people with modded controllers.

This. The only trace of flood I want to see in Halo 4 is as a model for the infected in multiplayer. I'm absolutely sick of fighting them in campaign.

I'd rather not have perks. Always leads to one perk being superior to another perk with the least cons.

No. Terrible, TERRIBLE idea. There will ALWAYS be one piece of armor that is superior to every other piece of armor in that specific section leading to Halo 4 turning into attack of the clones and every noob who uses armor bonuses as a crutch, and trust me, noobs outnumber casuals/hardcore gamers. It happens in nearly every game that includes armor bonuses/perks or whatever. Everybody should be equal, this game should be based on skill and not what armor you wear. That's exactly what went wrong with Halo Reach. Half the game is based on what armor ability you choose.
