They came in the Limited Edition and were awarded to anyone who played before November 20th. Rest assured, they will be available for everyone else at a later date. Also, they got the game at NO EXTRA COST, not in this country anyway. What gets me is that your level stops... It's just silly.. Why not make the level cap like 300 or something, so that people WITHOUT specialisations still have something to show? The Map Pass and the specializations were not pre-order bonuses, they were included in the Limited Edition and the specializations could also be obtained by playing before November 20th. It's also supposed to unlock 2 of the specializations for everyone (which should also unlock new levels, but that hasn't been confirmed).
