Spartan ops bug

Hello,

 

Basically: Can't play Episode 2, chapter 1 of spartan ops. I start the game and it goes to the loading screen for a few seconds before throwing me back to the start screen (Main menu, where you press start to begin).

 

Any ideas why?

Sometimes the HD Data is corrupted for whatever reason. To fix, just head into your Hard Drive by going to Settings > System > Storage > Hard Drive.

 

Once here, select Games and Apps > Halo 4. Scroll down to "Spartan Ops Season 1.0" and Select it. Delete it.

 

After all this, Insert Disc 2 of Halo 4 and reinstall the data. If you have any more problems, just let me know and I'll try to work it out with you.

I'm having a problem in spartan ops. I recently made lvl 20 thanksgiving morning and stopped playing. When I started playing again later that same afternoon I can't play the spartan I've been customizing. My roster picture shows only a recruit spartan SR1 and not my picture. When I go to play any stage in ops I can't play my spartan only the recruit spartan. Does any one have an answer for this?
