Thruster Packs need a Boost

The thruster pack, in wargames, is completely worthless. It barely moves you two steps forward and not much quicker than you can sprint it. This item desperately needs a re-tuning in the form of greater distance traveled.

 

 

(As a fun side note, go into a custom game with Player Traits set to Move Speed = 300% and gravity = 50%, and then hit the thruster pack... now there is some thrust! Unfortunately, unless you get a speed boost from an ordnance, you are handicapping yourself by having effectively no armor ability.)

it isnt worthless it is good but it does need a little more distance cause for something that is made to evade it cant even do that but it is good for quicky getting behind cover or not getting hit by a sniper

i think the side to side is fine, in close range it can let me dance around my enemy really screwing with them.

 

i do think if you use it while sprinting the forward thrust should be farther tho.

i think instead of one long burst, it should have two shorter bursts. similar to evade in halo reach

I really think it needs a buff as well....it's nearly useless atm.
