If it is an AA, the best way to make it, would be something like 10 secs of EFFICIENT Camo, and 20 for recharge. As long as we have: Good Camo: Doesn't fade, and Poor Camo: Fades, we can have fun again. And as an AA, it should fade. Ghostbusters was ruined too...
