I assume it would act like an energy sword, A weapon Idea I came up with would be a harpoon, which would pull a person towards you, and then you could beat them to death. Against vehicles It would pull then towards you for a second or two., then break the rope connecting you (so you could "surf" behind a vehicle or be carried by a falcon or Hornet for a couple seconds. Kinda, it has two firing modes. The first one treats it like a normal knife and the second uses it ballistic style!
