Rapidly spiraling doward into a state of depression at the moment. Any actual tips on how to avoid becoming depressed again? I don't mean any of the BS answers people give either.

Just know that lots of people have it worse then you, instead of focusing on whats wrong, think about what is good, coming from a long time depressed person. (Me)

Well got my internet back up and running good now. Oh but wait looks like another thing has to ruin my experience at Halo 4. Looks like next Wed. a storm will come to Ohio and kill my power. OMFG

Ohio has a decent power grid. The likliness of power going out has little to do with the strength of the storm. If a power line or power station is affected, that is when you will see power outages.

I just got a kitten today

WIthin 6 hours of being within my house full of black mold, I've developed a headache, neasuea dizziness, fuzzy thoughts and i am coughing terrribly and mucus and my throat is clogged up. Yay

You see, it's the roof insulation. Whoever built my damn house put terrible insulation in and mold has been growing for years, we've turned off the air conditioning because we get a terrible smell when it's on. Now it's just leaking through holes and such.
