Map: Assassin's Creed: Downtown Fileshare currently unavailable. Please follow these steps: 1. Launch Halo 4. 2. Connect to XBL. 3. Press "Start" on the controller. 4. Find "Fileshare Search". Type in "GryffinGuy007". 5. Download "The Creed: Downtown" from the fileshare. This map is set in a city called "New Downtown", that has been overrun by criminals, thugs, and now assassins. The style of gameplay is similar to that of the Assassin's Creed franchise, and was intended to be so. Unlike most Assassin maps, you will not be forced to assassinate, but will be provoked to do so for quicker kills, and bonus points. The map is built so that players find the need to jump onto buildings and gain higher ground. This is done by the presence of a Trait Zone on the city floor, that creates a waypoint over any players who linger on the bottom. Why's that a problem? Because you will die. In this gametype, dieing is costly, with only 1 life and 10 points taken away from you. The attack system. 3 hits for a kill. 1 if you assassinate. Movement speed and jump height are unchanged. No radar. You will find a cluster of ways to climb up onto buildings, and parkour as you feel the need to. The King gains a 10 point bounty for every player he/she kills. Assassinate the king, and ontop of that bounty you will gain a whopping 50 points. Everyone spawns ontop of the buildings. 6 items spawn on the map. 3 powerups, 3 AAs. Speed Boost, Overshield and Damage Boost are the 3 powerups obviously. The 3 AAs are Thruster Pack, Active Camo and Promethean Vision (Otherwise known as, Eagle Vision). Unfortunately the map, using all the budget, hit the "shadow limit", so dynamic lighting does not exist on this map, which is a shame. This map is best suited for 4-10 players, for maximum gameplay potential. With 11+ the gameplay will feel more similar to the Hunger Games. Tips: -Kill and run. -Assassinate. -Grab the items before everyone else. -Keep moving. -Always look behind you. Now, for the images: Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2bTXiHR_o4Y Review: (Special thanks to Robius)
  2. Joke of the Day: I have a joke about triangles, but I won't even tri.

  3. Joke of the Day: I'd tell you a joke about circles, but I don't think I'd get 'round to it...

  4. I think you guys should get an intro for your videos. You've got alot of subscribers, and now an outro, so I think an intro would do you well. There's a great site where you can use the THFE logo and turn it into a great intro for just a small cost. The site can be found here: http://www.intromaker.net/catalog.php There's a variety of intros to choose from, I can already see you guys picking a great transformers intro or something similar. Hope you guys can use this.
  5. if anyone sees Purple, tell her to check her Skype.

  6. I love it, thanks so much! I'd hate to be a pest, but would you be able to possibly have "The name's Gryffin.." fading in from the griffin, like the 007 picture? Also with the XR, I'd love for it to be centered and to do the same. I'd just like them all to be transitioning over the griffin picture. Thanks!
  7. You can just take some temporary images with a camera, or take screenshots with a PVR (If you have one).
  8. Is it the mushroom power-up in Mario?!
  9. Hint: Game. I have chosen my hero, my champion, my protagonist. Now I must go, and defeat the antagonist. But the journey will be tough, with creeps and towers, the reward is sweat however, oh, the power. They've got heroes too, I'll have to go fight them, but I'll need some bonuses, purchase some items. The corners of a triangle, the paths to take, the skills, the kills, for goodness sake. Now we must go! With our allies we race! Earn lots of gold, destroy their home base... It's not Solid Snake is it? I swear this is on the tip of my tounge...
  10. Too easy, I'll post another: Hint: Twisted. I'm the animal that provides, food for you, but I'm also known, to give you a flu. I have an odd snout, more like a stump, but most delicious as they say, is my fat, juicy.... rump. So as you can see, my life is quite twisted, but also a part of my body, that has not been listed.
  11. Hint: Extra-terrestrial He sits and sleeps, awaiting a being, to jump out from behind, and end his living. When that suit arrives, he awaits his call, to spring up from his snooze, and throw his two balls. The night is silent, as quiet as the ripples, he sees this trespasser, he wants his nipple. What am I?
  12. You can use make some temporary screenshots with your camera, or you can use a PVR and take screenshots using that.
  13. Wow, I seriously just thought of this map. I was going to start forging it, but I just didn't have time to forge the Star Destroyer. Your description of the map sounds amazing, exactly how I imagined it, I'd love to see some images/video. I'll most definately give the map a download and check it out for myself.
  14. This sounds like an amazing gametype, try upload some pictures? If pictures wouldn't help, because of the dark lighting, maybe I could suggest uploading a video on it. Otherwise, it sounds like a very great map.
  15. Yes, trait zones, but it's just such a simple idea that hasn't been thought up yet. So, I thank you for coming up with this idea.
  16. These are truly outstanding maps. I love the aesthetic designs and layout of all three maps, and I really do hope these get featured on THFE, because they really are worthy of a feature. Keep on forging!
  17. You can't have weapons on the map, but you can have ordnance drops. On to the map: I don't/didn't particularly enjoy Fat Kid, because the game just isn't enjoyable for the infected, or flood in this case. However, if anyone can make these "classics" enjoyable, I will solute them. My only advice for taking up this role, is to perhaps add a new mechanic, an original idea, and use it to give "Fat Kid" a unique edge. Judging by the images, may I suggest adding slightly more cover in the open areas- for the flood? I found that in the original, the spaces were too open, and players would continuously blast the Fat Kid back, until some mindless player decided to take a risk and get too close. Also, there appears to be too many turrets; the normal infected may not stand a chance against them. I suggest playtesting this map multiple times, changing things, fixing bugs, etc. Just to achieve the best gameplay possible. I wish you best of luck on improving this... thing.
