      It's highly entertaining, when it's pacing well it's paced perfectly, one of the best OST's, good animation and a half decent story.

      Downsides include bland characters, horribly paced arcs at times, story components not explained well/takes too long to explain.

       

      That or just hating cause it's a bit too "bloody"
