343 deserves the utmost respect. First of all, without them, there would be no continuing series. Second, people are giving them a hard time based off of ignorent assumptions. They say something will be horrible, and don't even give it a second look. Seriously, people, have an open mind. -

As far as I'm concerned, this is the best way to get to 343. You could just contact microsoft. This may work. -

It also happens, especially with me, if sometimes your Internet shuts down completely for a short period of time. This will be enough to disconnect, and will unfortunately be filed as quitting.

They will most likely create additions like map packs as the game progresses. The cost of map packs would depend on number of maps and overall file size; from 800ms to possibly 1200ms. I'm not sure, but it is just an assumption.
