343 Guilty Spark, and Bornstellar...are they going to be in Halo 5?

Recommended Posts

To make it clear...you must read this...

Sparky : "More or less. Technically this installation's pulse has a maximum effective radius of 25,000 light-years. But once the others follow suit, this galaxy will be quite devoid of life-or at least any life with sufficient bio-mass to sustain the Flood...But you already knew that...I mean, how couldn't you?"

"We have followed outbreak-containment procedure to the letter...you were with me each step of the way as we managed this crisis..." "Why would you hesitate to do what you have already done?" "Last time you asked me, If it were my choice, would I do it?" Having had considerable time to ponder your query, my answer has not changed, there is no choice. We must activate the ring." " If you are unwilling to help, I will simply find another. Still I must have the Index. Give your construct to me, or I will be forced to take her from you." |Chief: That is not going to happen.| Sparky: "So be it. Save his head. Dispose of the rest."

At the end of Halo 4, you here the Didact speaking to Chief. But, is that really the UR-Didact? I think not, I know for a fact that that is Bornstellar speaking to him. Bornstellar probably awoke in Chiefs head after the Librarian had moddified his genetics.

Guilty Spark knew that Bornstellar was in Chiefs head from the end of Halo CE, and thats why he wanted Chiefs head, So that he could extract Bornstellar from Chief, like they did with Sparks when he was still a human named Chakas to get the Lord of Admirals out of him.

I'll help you out on this one Rose

He is referring to this video[which has been taken down]

Anyways Rose was referring to a theory video made by Halo Follower in which he speculates on how SPOILER AHEAD

The Librarian imprinted the Geas of Bornstellar into the Master Chief.

That is why 343 Guilty Spark said those things to MC during Halo CE. He knows the Geas of Bornstellar is imprinted within MC and Bornstellar(Iso-Didact) asked him the question "would you fire the rings?" just before he fired them at the end of Halo: Silentium

To elaborate on this....

Spark was not completely destroyed, however. Between 2553 and 2557, the UNSC detected a transmission from the ruins of Installation 00 and deployed the UNSC Rubicon from Luna to conduct a further investigation. A Remote Contact Team recovered an extremely damaged armature, believed by the team to be the source of the signal picked up by the initial investigative group. The device was actually the broken, barely active remains of 343 Guilty Spark.

After properly calibrating their AI translator, the human team began to interrogate Spark, hoping to gain insight into the ancient human-Forerunner relations and the Didact. Spark, acknowledging the humans as "the true Reclaimers" and claiming that his duty was to eventually testify to Reclaimers when given the opportunity, proceeded to describe the events that led to his former human self becoming a monitor. Over the course of his narrative, he constantly accessed the ship's information stores, breaching the firewalls without effort, much to the ONI team's dismay. As a result of the extensive damage he had sustained, Spark's memory was heavily splintered and barely functional; for example, he was unable to remember many of the preceding events, only learning of his recent interactions with the humans after tapping into their records and even then, assuming the monitor in question being a separate duplicate of himself.

After Spark had finished his story, his robotic shell finally powered down and was jettisoned into space by order of the ONI team commander. Before this, however, he had successfully managed to upload his data stream into the ship's computers, disabled its AI, and took full control of the vessel. Having come to the conclusion that the Librarian was alive as a result of long study, and that he had need for the ship and its crew, Spark put them to sleep and set course to where he believed the Librarian could be found.

Thank you internet.

So, yes Spark is still out there, somewhere.  :)
